Overall experience is excellent. Carers are exceptional, compassionate, and treat me with upmost respect. I feel safe and very cared for. I would recommend CARAH Care. They are an excellent company.

I cannot recommend this company enough!! From the super friendly and helpful management staff, to the amazing carers who all go well above and beyond their duties, from start to finish, the level of care has been outstanding. Even now, with my uncle in hospital, unfortunately waiting to go into a nursing home, they are still being so supportive and have enquired about him many times, even though they are no longer providing his care. Thanks to them my uncle was able to remain at home for as long as possible and I cannot thank them enough for that, and for looking after him so well. Rest assured you/your family member will be well looked after by all at Carah Care, they really do care about their clients and family members.

The staff are extremely friendly and approachable and nothing is too much trouble. I would not hesitate to recommend Carah Care to others.

In September I broke my right leg, which was my bad leg anyway, because I had a stoke on my right side. So, I thought 'I don't need care, it's just the same processes'. Well I was wrong. The wonderful ladies kept my mood positive. They fed me, they kept my flat lovely. Every lady was and still is great. I told them from the start 'I am Dave not Mr B'. I treated them as supportive friends and I told them every day that they made such a difference to my life. I am not the best cook so I never bothered about breakfast, the first they did was make a beautiful bacon toastie, because I am stronger and I now have a smaller evening meal and this means so much to me. I have lost one and half stone, that is wow. All the people within this organisation are so professional and, the best part of living in Liverpool, every lady is a character in the own way. All I can say is thank you.

There are different young girls going in each day but Mum is slowly getting to know them and feel comfortable with them.

All the team members assigned to look after my wife have done their utmost to help her over any embarrassment she may feel having to let other people carry out actions she would normally do herself. I have noticed that the senior team members take their time when new team members are being introduced to ensure that they understand the requirements of the work.

CARAH Care has been caring for my mum since December 2022, I have nothing but praise for them. The level of service they provide is fabulous, not only to my mum but to me as well. The staff always have a smile on their faces, even when situations are difficult. I feel my mum is well looked after and her personal care is really good!

Want to thank all the staff for everything that they did for our mum. We found the carers to be kind, helpful and caring. They would help with anything we asked and treated our mum with respect and kindness. If we had a problem or request, the management couldn't do enough to help. The staff would take time to talk and listen to Mum and help with any of her needs.

Initially, a very good package set up, lovely and caring staff who met all of my husband's needs. Lately, there has been new staff coming and going which has been a bit confusing for my husband. The existing staff are amazing.

I think the carer team girls are brilliant, the care and compassion they give to Mum is outstanding. Nothing seems to be too much, all the girls are so caring towards Mum and if I am feeling a bit down they will always ask me if I am ok and will listen to me. At the moment we don't know as a family what we would do without the team. Keep up the good work, I would recommend you to any family that needs the care. Thank you so much for everything.

I have been with CARAH Care a few months now, and through it all, have felt in safe and capable hands. There is a desire to understand my situation in order to care specifically that I certainly have never experienced. One stand out person, who from the moment of introducing has been nothing but polite and outgoing. The company may be young, but it has very successful years to come based on my experience so far.

So happy compared to previous carers. Personal care as well as washing and housework. Lovely caring carers.

The care my grandad has received has been outstanding and I couldn’t thank the carers enough. My grandad adamantly did not want carers in his home but has immediately come to see the carers as friends and says daily quote 'lovely girls'. They have allowed him to remain in his home for a longer period of time which was his wish after a short period in respite care.
