Right at Home (Ipswich, Woodbridge & Felixstowe)

I cannot tell you how grateful we are to the wonderful caregivers who visit my mum on a daily basis. My mum was not altogether welcoming to the idea - and can be difficult - but the team have persevered, offering support and assistance in a discreet and dignified way, whilst providing hugely vital mental and emotional support to my dad. Mum has now begun to seek the carers out to ask when she needs help, which is a major step forward. The daily notes from the carers are so helpful to us - being some distance away - and we really feel they go the extra mile to brighten up both mum's and dad's days. I cannot recommend Right at Home enough.

I'm so glad I found Right at Home to help with caring for my neighbour. They have been invaluable with enabling her to stay in the comfort of her own home. We worked together over the past few years, caring for my neighbour as she needed more help. I was able to get time away, knowing that my neighbour was in the best hands and that I could rely on her caregivers to pass on any changes or concerns. I was always reassured and kept up to date with the visits via the app. Right at home were always able to adjust to changes in need, and when more visits were needed, this was arranged very efficiently. My neighbour made many new friends through their visits, which was important as she was housebound, and had previously enjoyed catching up with people in town. I felt that we both benefitted immensely from getting care and support from Right at Home. They are so versatile to your needs, and I would always recommend them.

All the staff are friendly, they've really taken the time to get to know me. They have managed to adapt to my routine really well, allowing me to continue to access my activities in my local community and pursue an active lifestyle.

Communication with the friendly and helpful office staff is always very good.

Both my caregivers are always professional and easy to get on with however we also have a laugh.. They are always on time. As we.. as helping me they also take the pressure off my husband by washing the floors, hoovering and hanging out the washing. Your service is worth every penny.There is nothing that I would change.

The care provided to my Mother is excellent. All of the carers do a wonderful job. Which gives me and my family peace of mind, and has allowed my Mother to remain in her own home. The company has also helped me get extra cover at quite short notice for a not very sociable time.

We get detailed daily reports from the carers - my Dad who was previously trying to cope on his own has found it invaluable and it gives us peace of mind that he has some great help.

Signed up with Right At Home six months ago when we were badly let down by a previous carer. Talk about chalk and cheese! From the initial email, when they suspected something was wrong and offered help if it was needed, to present day the service offered by all at Right At Home has been exemplary. It was hard for Mum to adjust to new carers and it took her a while to settle into a new routine, but the patience and kindness of everyone at Right has been second to none. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Right At Home.

The skill and kindness of the carers and management at Right at Home agency Suffolk ensured Mum had food, company, attention, and home help. Mum's regular falls and infirmity, but rigid refusal to accept more care became dangerous and upsetting. The carers provided much-needed help as I am the only surviving relative and live abroad. Right at Home provided enormous assistance during the period of particular stress when Mum finally admitted defeat as she could no longer manage physically. Right at Home found a place for her and completed the move from home to care home. The carers had become real friends to her and management could not have been more supportive and effective. The thing is that Mum adores the home she has been moved to! She is cheerful again! I still have Right at Home carers visiting her as she would miss those wonderful people. We could not have managed without them.

We were looking for a company to offer companionship to my 90-year-old grandmother. I approached Right at Home who were welcoming, friendly and supportive. Grandma was given the best support and service by the carers and as a family we are thankful. The level of service from start to finish was professional and respectful.
