I love the way I can read about the visits and know what they have done and how he is on the app.
It's a great service and I would certainly recommend to anyone.
Thank you.
Thanks for submitting such a lovely review. I'm glad it was helpful to continue Caregiver visits whilst in hospital, and that it's also helpful for you to read the visit notes to let you know how your brother-in-law is doing. As ever, if there is anything in addition that we can do to assist, please ask the Directors or any of the office team.
All the staff are friendly, they've really taken the time to get to know me. They have managed to adapt to my routine really well, allowing me to continue to access my activities in my local community and pursue an active lifestyle.
Thanks for providing such a positive review for us. We very much appreciate it. If there is anything in addition we can do to help at any time, please contact the Director or office team.
My uncle was 'matched' with a carer and this continuity has provided him with a very positive experience. Where he was initially apprehensive, he is now very at ease with the assistance.
Communication with the friendly and helpful office staff is always very good.
Thank you for taking the time to submit a review for us. It is a privilege to support your Uncle and we're pleased he feels comfortable with his Caregiver's assistance. The Director and office team welcome any questions you or your Uncle may have at any time.
Both my caregivers are always professional and easy to get on with however we also have a laugh.. They are always on time. As we.. as helping me they also take the pressure off my husband by washing the floors, hoovering and hanging out the washing. Your service is worth every penny. There is nothing that I would change.
Thanks for taking the time to submit such a positive review for us. I'm glad your Caregivers are so helpful and that there's nothing you would change. As ever, if there is anything else we can do to assist, please ask so we can continue to provide the very best service for you.
The care provided to my Mother is excellent. All of the carers do a wonderful job. Which gives me and my family peace of mind, and has allowed my Mother to remain in her own home. The company has also helped me get extra cover at quite short notice for a not very sociable time.
Thanks for taking the time to submit such a lovely review for us. It is a privilege to support your Mother. If there is anything further we can do to assist, please ask so we can continue to provide the very best service.
We get detailed daily reports from the carers - my Dad who was previously trying to cope on his own has found it invaluable and it gives us peace of mind that he has some great help.
Thank you so much for taking the time to submit a review. We're pleased the daily visit notes are helpful and give you peace of mind. If there is anything else the care givers or office team can help with, please don't hesitate to ask.
I have found Right at Home to be invaluable to me and my husband during a very bad time for us. We would not have managed our health issues without the support and guidance of management and the kindness and respect of staff. Right at Home are certainly value for money.
Thank you for taking the time to submit such a positive review. We appreciate it, and I'm pleased we have been able to assist at this difficult time for you. I know the Caregivers and office team are always pleased to help in any way they can.
We have found the staff and carers to be friendly and helpful, conscientious and hard-working. They make a big difference to my parents in Felixstowe. The carers visit to help several hours per week on a regular basis and Right at Home is very flexible in arranging extra hours where required. Many thanks to everyone at Right at Home Ipswich.
Thank you for taking the time to submit a review and for letting us know the positive difference the support is making to your parents. It's very much appreciated by all the team.
My mum was so pleased with the help she received caring for my father. Mum and I feel like a weight has been lifted off our shoulders knowing that somebody is coming in to help. We were pleased with the way things were put into place very quickly and efficiently.
Thanks for taking the time to submit such a lovely review for us. We appreciate it and will share it with the team.
All staff continue to be caring, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Mum's carer/companion is delightful and a perfect match. I would not hesitate to recommend Right at Home to anyone.
Thanks so much for your support and kind review. We feel privileged to support your mum.
Signed up with Right At Home six months ago when we were badly let down by a previous carer. Talk about chalk and cheese! From the initial email, when they suspected something was wrong and offered help if it was needed, to present day the service offered by all at Right At Home has been exemplary. It was hard for Mum to adjust to new carers and it took her a while to settle into a new routine, but the patience and kindness of everyone at Right has been second to none. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Right At Home.
The excellent and caring staff who come to provide company for my wife on a regular weekly basis allow me to undertake tasks and visits knowing that she is being cared for in my absence.
Thank you for taking the time to submit a review. It has been a pleasure to meet you both and I know our caregivers very much enjoy supporting your wife. As ever, if there is anything we can do to improve or assist in any way, please get in touch.
I have found Right at Home very well organised and clear about the service they offer. They are very helpful and easy to contact and communicate with. Staff are friendly, reliable, punctual, kind, respectful and compassionate. I am pleased to have found them.
Thank you for taking the time to submit a review. If there is anything we can do to improve our service, do get in touch. We are always pleased to assist.
The skill and kindness of the carers and management at Right at Home agency Suffolk ensured Mum had food, company, attention, and home help. Mum's regular falls and infirmity, but rigid refusal to accept more care became dangerous and upsetting. The carers provided much-needed help as I am the only surviving relative and live abroad. Right at Home provided enormous assistance during the period of particular stress when Mum finally admitted defeat as she could no longer manage physically. Right at Home found a place for her and completed the move from home to care home. The carers had become real friends to her and management could not have been more supportive and effective. The thing is that Mum adores the home she has been moved to! She is cheerful again! I still have Right at Home carers visiting her as she would miss those wonderful people. We could not have managed without them.
Thanks so much for submitting this lovely review. I'm pleased to know your Mum feels safe and happy in her chosen care home, and that her Right at Home Ipswich Caregivers are still visiting her there. Thanks also for your input and support from overseas, we have been very grateful.
We were looking for a company to offer companionship to my 90-year-old grandmother. I approached Right at Home who were welcoming, friendly and supportive. Grandma was given the best support and service by the carers and as a family we are thankful. The level of service from start to finish was professional and respectful. I would highly recommend Right at Home and thank the managing director and her team for their kind support and professionalism.
Thanks so much for taking the time to submit a lovely review. It was a pleasure to meet you all, and to care for your grandmother.
My aunt managed to stay at home as long as possible which was her wish.
I was very lucky to find this company as many did not go to this area.
I would highly recommend this company and its wonderful team.
Thanks so much for taking the time to submit a lovely review for Right at Home Ipswich. The Caregivers very much enjoyed supporting your Aunt, and we all send our best wishes.
Right at home have been reliable and consistent with care. Dad has one regular carer, twice a week whom he gets on well with. He is a difficult client and the care he gets is still superb. They help with shopping and keeping on top of cleaning and laundry, as well as some personal care when needed.
Thanks very much for taking the time to submit this positive review. I'm pleased we can make a difference to your Dad, so thank you for trusting us to support and care for him.
My mum had care for over a year and we had an excellent service at all times. The care Mum had was really good with regular reviews and all the carers were very kind and helpful. It is easy to miss giving feedback for the things that are going well. So we want to recognise the value of all the small things the carers did, such as helping with make-up and reminding Mum of visits etc., these things are really impactful and show how much everyone cares about their work. Additionally, the office staff were always helpful in making any adjustments Mum needed and when I did have an issue, which was not related to care, my concern was dealt with professionally and promptly by the manager who also was extremely helpful whenever I had occasion to talk to her.
Thanks so much for taking the time to send a review when we know you will be busy helping your mum settle into full-time care. We are all thinking of her. Thanks, to you also, for your input which was so helpful to us in ensuring your mum was well cared for by our team.
Mum has had carers for a couple of weeks now and we are both very pleased with everyone we have met so far. All the care has been outstanding and the carers will help Mum with whatever she needs to be done. The information provided initially and the preliminary meetings were all excellent.
Thanks so much for taking the time to send a review. We are very grateful. Please let us know if there is anything our caregiver can do both with and for your mum.
Mum's had the carers for a couple of months now and it's made a huge difference. Mum very much looks forward to the visits as she is able to use the carers to help her with housework, going to the shops, and getting her independence back since Dad passed away recently.
Thanks so much for taking the time to submit a review. Your mum's regular caregivers very much enjoy supporting and encouraging her to maintain her independence.

Meet the Team (7)
I’m Claire Percy, Owner and Managing Director at Right at Home Ipswich, Woodbridge and Felixstowe.
As the Owner and Director of Care with our former Hampshire-based home care service, I was proud to lead our team to an ‘Outstanding’ rating in 2016. At the time just 2% of home care providers were awarded this rating. The regulator said there was ‘a model of personalised and compassionate care, which was a golden thread that ran through the whole of the service.’
I was an Inspector for the Care Quality Commission when we moved to Suffolk in 2018. We were again awarded an 'Outstanding' rating for Right at Home Ipswich, Woodbridge and Felixstowe in 2022 and we're so proud of our team and their commitment to being the best. It is my privilege to work alongside the best Caregiver and office team! There are some amazing individuals in the caring sector, and it feels like they work with us:)!
I’m Bill Percy, Owner and Director at Right at Home, providing high-quality home care to our clients in Ipswich, Woodbridge and Felixstowe.
My previous roles have been within the corporate drug testing sector, as a Healthcare Manager, and supporting those with learning disabilities. I enjoy delivering Dementia Awareness Workshops to healthcare professionals, voluntary groups and family carers. I’m also a Dementia Champion.
I was motivated to join the home care sector in 2011 after my Mother was diagnosed with dementia. I could see there was a greater need for high-quality person-centred companionship and care, and was proud to be co-founder of a Hampshire-based homecare service for older adults which was awarded an ‘Outstanding’ rating in 2016.
After moving to Suffolk with co-Director Claire, we launched Right at Home, Ipswich, Woodbridge and Felixstowe. We’re excited to be recruiting and training a growing team of compassionate CareGivers. To us, it’s essential to support those in our community, offering each and every person the best care and support whilst promoting their independence.
I'm the Registered Manager with Right at Home Ipswich, Woodbridge and Felixstowe. I joined the team as a Caregiver, a role I feel very passionately about.
I progressed from Deputy Care Manager to Care Manager, and am now proud to be Registered Manager, with responsibility for the management and leadership of Right at Home Ipswich Woodbridge and Felixstowe.
My role is varied from day to day! My responsibilities include Caregiver and office team support, training and development.
I also oversee compliance by ensuring we assess and involve clients in their care planning, we conduct regular reviews for clients, and support meetings for our Caregivers.
I am responsible for training new team members and for managing their refresher training and dementia awareness training.
I completed my Level 5 in Health and Social Care Leadership in 2025.
I have a daughter, dogs, cats and fish! We love animals in our home! I have three sisters, and we’re all very close; family is very important to me.
I'm Stacey, and I joined the Company in March 2022 as a Caregiver, progressed to a field-based compliance role, to Care Coordinator, then on to Client Services Coordinator.
Sometimes, I spend time in the community, getting to know our local support services for older adults, and speaking with them about Right at Home and the Outstanding care we offer.
I am married with five children, who are my world! In my spare time, I enjoy reading, watching films and walking our family dogs.
I help and advise the Caregiver Team and ensure our clients' support plans are up to date and relevant, so we are safe and fully compliant.
I worked with the NHS in hospital settings for a number of years.
Each of our Caregivers is with Right at Home Ipswich, Woodbridge and Felixstowe, because of their caring nature, reliability and commitment to continued learning. Without our fantastic Caregiver Team, we wouldn't be able to offer the Outstanding rated service that we provide. They are all very important to us!
I’m Matilda, the smallest but no less important member of the Right at Home Ipswich team! I'm here to ensure everyone in the team is as happy and energetic as me. My skills include meeting and greeting, sniffing through the contents of handbags, and sleeping upside down in awkward spots.
