I know you get on very well with your caregiver and that she has enjoyed supporting you with your shopping trip once a week, right from when your daughter first contacted us. With regard to "value for money" we pay our staff well, as we value their commitment and skills, and want them to stay with us. You have given "management" 4 stars, but have never needed to contact the office/management team, so do let me know how we can obtain the 5 stars the team works so hard to achieve.

As the Owner and Director of Care with our former Hampshire-based home care service, I was proud to lead our team to an ‘Outstanding’ rating in 2016. At the time just 2% of home care providers were awarded this rating. The regulator said there was ‘a model of personalised and compassionate care, which was a golden thread that ran through the whole of the service.’
I was an Inspector for the Care Quality Commission when we moved to Suffolk in 2018. We were again awarded an 'Outstanding' rating for Right at Home Ipswich, Woodbridge and Felixstowe in 2022 and we're so proud of our team and their commitment to being the best. It is my privilege to work alongside the best Caregiver and office team! There are some amazing individuals in the caring sector, and it feels like they work with us:)!

I’m Bill Percy, Owner and Director at Right at Home, providing high-quality home care to our clients in Ipswich, Woodbridge and Felixstowe.
My previous roles have been within the corporate drug testing sector; as a Healthcare Manager; and supporting those with learning disabilities. I enjoy delivering Dementia Awareness Workshops to healthcare professionals, voluntary groups and family carers. I’m also a Dementia Champion.
I was motivated to join the home care sector in 2011 after my Mother was diagnosed with dementia. I could see there was a greater need for high-quality person-centred companionship and care, and was proud to be co-founder of a Hampshire-based homecare service for older adults which was awarded an ‘Outstanding’ rating in 2016.
After moving to Suffolk with co-Director Claire, we launched Right at Home, Ipswich, Woodbridge and Felixstowe. We’re excited to be recruiting and training a growing team of compassionate CareGivers. I progressed from Deputy Care Manager to Care Manager, and am now proud to be Registered Manager, with responsibility for the management and leadership of Right at Home Ipswich Woodbridge and Felixstowe.
My role is varied from day to day! My responsibilities include Caregiver and office team support, training and development. I also oversee compliance by ensuring we assess and involve clients in their care planning, we conduct regular reviews for clients, and support meetings for our Caregivers.

I'm Stacey, Client Services Coordinator with Right at Home Ipswich, Woodbridge and Felixstowe. I joined in March 2022 as a Caregiver, and progressed to a field-based compliance role, supporting the team in ensuring we are fully compliant.
My role is all about communicating with our amazing Caregivers, clients and their family representatives, and matching Caregivers with our clients.
I also actively spend time in the community, getting to know our local support services for older adults, and speaking with them about Right at Home and the Outstanding care we offer.
I am married with five children, who are my world! In my spare time, I enjoy reading, watching films and walking our family dogs.

I’ve been working with Right at Home Ipswich Woodbridge and Felixstowe since 2021 as a Caregiver, and progressed to Field Compliance Coordinator, and then Care Administrator. I conduct client service reviews, help support the Caregiver Team and ensure our clients' support plans up to date and relevant, so we are safe and fully compliant.
I’ve worked in many settings gaining knowledge of people’s needs and enjoy all aspects of my role, especially knowing I’ve helped someone in need.
I have been married for 20 years and have 3 teenage boys. My spare time is spent looking after my 4 dogs (and a new parrot!) and spending time with my family.

I'm Tammy and I have been with Right at Home Ipswich, Woodbridge and Felixstowe since December 2023. I started as a Caregiver and moved to the office Team in February 2025 as Recruitment and Compliance Coordinator. I have experience in various roles from care in the community, Human Resources to many administrative roles. I've provided care to family members as well as the community here in Suffolk, and also when I lived in Scotland.
In my role with Right at Home, I'm responsible for supporting new Caregivers through the recruitment process. I also coordinate Caregiver compliance to help ensure our staff are fully compliant in their role. Both recruitment and compliance are important as excellent practice counts towards our Outstanding rating from the Care Quality Commission.
I live in Ipswich with my family which includes my partner, little boy and 2 cats. In my spare time I love spending time with my family whether it be indoors or outdoors.
