The care my dad has received has been exceptional from the outset. He was uncertain about having a carer but within minutes he felt at ease. The practical care is to a high standard but when matched with concern from the outset to match client and carer, monitor how things are and be flexible on jobs, propels this company to being the best.
Thanks so much for submitting a review. It really is a pleasure to be a part of your dad's support network. We feel privileged and thankful that you and your dad have put your trust in us.
Any contact with the office has always been prompt, helpful and polite. My only problem has been opening attachments sent from them to me. I have mentioned this and hope they will be able to offer a solution soon.
Thank you for taking the time to submit a review for Right at Home Ipswich. I'm sorry you're unable to open attachments; that would be something that needs attention on your device/computer because our schedules are automatically sent in pdf format from our system. We can post schedules...
We do not know how we would cope without them coming. wonderful company and carers, they are like family to us. So kind and caring and we have recommended them to people.
Thanks for taking the time to submit a review. You are also like family to us and we're just privileged to support you when you need us.
The staff and Carers were so wonderful and helpful to both Mum and my brother and I. Even though at times Mum needed some cajoling to accept the help, the carers who visited, were considerate to her needs and treated her with such kindness and dignity. I cannot speak more highly of their professionalism and that of the entire team and Right at Home.
Thank you so much for trusting Right at Home Ipswich to provide care and support for your mum. We wish your mum all the very best and hope she has settled in well in her new home.
We couldn't be happier with the service received so far.

Thank you, Julie, for submitting such a lovely review. Meeting your parents for the first time, and experiencing how welcome your dad made me in their home, will always stay with me. I also know how much our manager and your mum's caregivers thought of your parents. We hope your mum settles in well, and we wish you and the family all the best.
It is reassuring to know that Mum is being so well cared for because I live 400 miles away. Now I have peace of mind, which is priceless.
Thanks so much for taking the time to write such a lovely review. It is a privilege to visit your mum and to help her with whatever she requires day to day. If there is anything else we can do, please let the office team know, so our Caregivers and office team can continue to support your mum to the best of our ability.
We've had excellent service right from the manager down to the caregiver and couldn't have asked for anything more. We would recommend this company 100% - Many many thanks.
Thank you for allowing us to support Mrs. T., and for taking the time to submit such a lovely review. I hope Mrs. T is doing well in her new home. My Caregiver colleague loved visiting Mrs T. and misses her.
We are so pleased to have discovered this excellent, compassionate care company. They have been caring for my 95-year-old mum for five months now and have never found any request too much trouble. They manage the cleaning and prepare the lunch as well as spend some very important social time with her, even taking her out on one occasion, the first time since Covid struck. We would be happy to unreservedly recommend this company.
Thank you, Ian, for taking the time to submit a review for Right at Home Ipswich; it was a pleasure to meet your Mum and to support her in her home. I'm glad our service has made a difference; your kind words are much appreciated.
I am quite satisfied with my care. Carers are willing and helpful.

I have always been pleased with all the carers that have come in and supported my wife. Furthermore, on behalf of my wife and myself, I would like to thank you all.
Thank you for taking the time to send a review. I hope she is settling in well. It was a pleasure to meet you both and to care for her.
From the first time I got in touch with Right at Home, the service from the beginning has been unbelievable. My husband and I couldn't have asked for a more caring and wonderful team of people who are caring for my mother-in-law. She enjoys seeing the carers when they go in, they treat her with respect. We are very grateful to have found a company that really cares about their clients and to have trained their staff to such a high standard. A very big thank you to everyone, I would recommend you to anyone (I have).
Thank you so much for taking the time to submit a review regarding support for your mother-in-law. And thank you also for recommending Right at Home Ipswich. We are very grateful.
We have been delighted with the level of customer service we have received from Right at Home. Every one of the people we have had contact with have been very friendly and extremely helpful. The carer is very attentive and caring and has built up a lovely rapport with my mother-in-law.
Thank you so much for taking the time to submit this review of our service. I know your mother-in-law's Caregiver absolutely loves supporting her.
My brother, sister and I have been very pleased with Right at Home helping our mum. Just the right amount of care, companionship required. The carers are professional, friendly, patient with Mum who is adjusting to needing care and being without her husband of 65 years.
Thank you for taking the time to write this lovely review. I know your mum's two Caregivers love supporting her, and we are glad that the visits help as much as possible.
Five-star service where staff went above and beyond to care for our parents during the week when we were unable to be with them. They were always there to listen and support and showed care and dedication at all times. The matching process of carer to client worked exceptionally well. Clients are at the heart of this care organisation, coupled with top-notch efficient and caring management with minimal ' red tape'. We would definitely recommend this caring, flexible, and reliable service.
Thank you so much for taking the time to submit a review. It was a pleasure to support your parents who always made our Caregiver Jo, so welcome into their home. And we are grateful to have met such caring and supportive daughters.
The ladies that I have had to look after my husband have been absolutely amazing. They have used their common sense in dealing with problems in the care. Have recommended Right at Home to two friends, so I hope they contact you.
Thank you so much for taking the time to submit a review, and for recommending Right at Home Ipswich. It is much appreciated. I'm glad our team has been able to make a difference by supporting your husband.
We have found that all the staff we have been in contact with excellent. The carer who takes my husband out twice a week understands his needs, she could not be better.
In my experience, the Manager and her team have been absolutely outstanding since my father started needing care some 9 months ago. This company is large enough to offer exemplary administration but small enough to take the time for the personal attention, detail, and information that make both my father and I completely confident in their care. For me, the vagaries of caring for an ageing relative have thrown up some daunting situations and the Manager and the team have been able to offer considered and expert advice. I really couldn’t be happier and would have no hesitation in offering my unreserved recommendation.
Thank you, Paul, for taking the time to let us know how satisfied you and your father are with Right at Home Ipswich. We feel privileged to support your father and are also grateful for your input and advice when we have needed to get in touch.
We have found your staff very good at cooking and presenting a meal 3 times per week and always cleaning up. We are grateful for their care when one or the other of us is not very well.
Thank you for taking the time to write such an appreciative review for us. We feel privileged to be invited into your home. The caregiver very much enjoys providing you both with any assistance as required.

Meet the Team (7)
I’m Claire Percy, Owner and Managing Director at Right at Home Ipswich, Woodbridge and Felixstowe.
As the Owner and Director of Care with our former Hampshire-based home care service, I was proud to lead our team to an ‘Outstanding’ rating in 2016. At the time just 2% of home care providers were awarded this rating. The regulator said there was ‘a model of personalised and compassionate care, which was a golden thread that ran through the whole of the service.’
I was an Inspector for the Care Quality Commission when we moved to Suffolk in 2018. We were again awarded an 'Outstanding' rating for Right at Home Ipswich, Woodbridge and Felixstowe in 2022 and we're so proud of our team and their commitment to being the best. It is my privilege to work alongside the best Caregiver and office team! There are some amazing individuals in the caring sector, and it feels like they work with us:)!
I’m Bill Percy, Owner and Director at Right at Home, providing high-quality home care to our clients in Ipswich, Woodbridge and Felixstowe.
My previous roles have been within the corporate drug testing sector, as a Healthcare Manager, and supporting those with learning disabilities. I enjoy delivering Dementia Awareness Workshops to healthcare professionals, voluntary groups and family carers. I’m also a Dementia Champion.
I was motivated to join the home care sector in 2011 after my Mother was diagnosed with dementia. I could see there was a greater need for high-quality person-centred companionship and care, and was proud to be co-founder of a Hampshire-based homecare service for older adults which was awarded an ‘Outstanding’ rating in 2016.
After moving to Suffolk with co-Director Claire, we launched Right at Home, Ipswich, Woodbridge and Felixstowe. We’re excited to be recruiting and training a growing team of compassionate CareGivers. To us, it’s essential to support those in our community, offering each and every person the best care and support whilst promoting their independence.
I'm the Registered Manager with Right at Home Ipswich, Woodbridge and Felixstowe. I joined the team as a Caregiver, a role I feel very passionately about.
I progressed from Deputy Care Manager to Care Manager, and am now proud to be Registered Manager, with responsibility for the management and leadership of Right at Home Ipswich Woodbridge and Felixstowe.
My role is varied from day to day! My responsibilities include Caregiver and office team support, training and development.
I also oversee compliance by ensuring we assess and involve clients in their care planning, we conduct regular reviews for clients, and support meetings for our Caregivers.
I am responsible for training new team members and for managing their refresher training and dementia awareness training.
I completed my Level 5 in Health and Social Care Leadership in 2025.
I have a daughter, dogs, cats and fish! We love animals in our home! I have three sisters, and we’re all very close; family is very important to me.
I'm Stacey, and I joined the Company in March 2022 as a Caregiver, progressed to a field-based compliance role, to Care Coordinator, then on to Client Services Coordinator.
Sometimes, I spend time in the community, getting to know our local support services for older adults, and speaking with them about Right at Home and the Outstanding care we offer.
I am married with five children, who are my world! In my spare time, I enjoy reading, watching films and walking our family dogs.
I help and advise the Caregiver Team and ensure our clients' support plans are up to date and relevant, so we are safe and fully compliant.
I worked with the NHS in hospital settings for a number of years.
Each of our Caregivers is with Right at Home Ipswich, Woodbridge and Felixstowe, because of their caring nature, reliability and commitment to continued learning. Without our fantastic Caregiver Team, we wouldn't be able to offer the Outstanding rated service that we provide. They are all very important to us!
I’m Matilda, the smallest but no less important member of the Right at Home Ipswich team! I'm here to ensure everyone in the team is as happy and energetic as me. My skills include meeting and greeting, sniffing through the contents of handbags, and sleeping upside down in awkward spots.
