Caremark (Warwick) have been supporting my mother, who has dementia, for the past few months and the level of care has been of an extremely high standard. Due to my mother's recent changing needs, the company have been really flexible and responsive and will provide support at short notice where they can.

My mother has the same carer most of the time and she is treated with respect and sensitivity, the carer will try and support in whatever way and will help both my mother and us as a family which is invaluable. When arranging support for a much loved family member, it is vital that there is trust with anyone providing care and I am able to carry on my work knowing that my mother is well cared for.

Overall Experience
We have recently engaged with Caremark for the care of my father. The care he has received has been outstanding and equally as important is the kindness and support shown to my mother.
Unlike most agencies, Caremark will show up consistently at the same time and stay for the entire period they are scheduled to do so. They have also so far kept the staff consistent so that a rapport can be established with my father so he is not seeing lots of different carers each day.
The initial care planning stages were excellent and time was taken to understand my father as a whole (including he's family), not just the medical conditions he needed to have addressed. This enabled the carers to gain a comprehension of my father as he is no longer able to verbally communicate so it would have been difficult for them to know otherwise.

I know that if anything is needed for my father, the care agency will advise as they work well as part of a multidisciplinary team.

This has to be the best agency I have been with if only for a couple of months now.
They really do take the time to listen to what I need. I have two lovely carers I feel very comfortable with them and so does Reena my assistance dog.

I am so happy with the service that is provided to me.

The consistency of having the same named carers daily has been a real benefit and essential to my wellbeing. A visit at a regular time means I can plan my day within those boundaries. Staff have been caring, supportive and flexible in adapting to my needs and requirements. A very professional service.

Overall Experience

Caremark started caring for my father-in-law in January 2021 after a very bad experience with another company, I cannot praise them enough, they have completely changed the level of care received for the better. All the staff we have had any contact with, either office or care staff, are extremely professional, caring and very very kind, nothing is too much trouble. I get a text or email if they have anything to tell me about my father-in-law ie any food or medicines he may be getting low on. He feels a lot more content, happy and settled since Caremark started caring for him, which in turn makes us feel less stressed and happier.
