In Home Care provided daily support to my mother to enable her to live independently with Alzheimer's. The service they provided was outstanding, both in terms of engagement with my mum given the nature of the condition, and providing instant support and guidance to myself and my brother when there were concerns. This was such a lifeline since we don't live locally. I can honestly say they always responded immediately to any queries or worries and adapted the support instantly in ways that worked for my mum and gave us the peace of mind she was supported. My mum described the carers as her friends on many occasions and they went above and beyond to make her feel happy and supported whilst still honouring her desire to be independent. In Home Care have provided regular daily care for my grandmother for a couple of years and have recently started providing care for my grandfather as well. None of the immediate family lives nearby and my grandparents' wellbeing is a big concern for the family. However, the excellent service provided gives us peace of mind. My grandparents are able to remain in their own home as is their wish due to the support they provide and every one of the carers provides a first-class service. I am a service user as a carer for my husband. I receive respite care for him for 3 hours a week. I am very grateful for this. My husband was carefully matched with a carer who is similar in age. The carer has always been reliable, cheerful, conscientious and enthusiastic about his role. My husband does not like to be seen as a 'patient' or a person with needs and I have 'sold' him the idea that both he and his carer are helping each other. Overall the carers who are sent to sit with my husband while I take a break have been excellent. His needs while I am away are relatively simple. We commenced contact with In Home Care in October 2023 following a downturn in my dad's health. From the off, the office team were so helpful. Visited my parents and I and thoroughly talked through our needs and explained costings and were totally upfront (unlike other companies we had spoken with and met). Met our requirements for days and timings. Carers are wonderful - prompt, happy, polite, hard-working and most importantly so caring. Scheduling and invoicing is easy to understand. Messaging group for easy communication. Company were very understanding with unexpected change to schedule when my dad went into hospital following a collapse. Offered advice about the Attendance Allowance application too. My dad thinks they are wonderful and it has really eased the worry for me/siblings. Would highly recommend. The company really do care! As soon as I met the manager I knew this was the company for us.

The office keeps me informed about any change to the routine (which is sent via email on the Friday or Saturday) it gives the name and time of the carers who will be coming which makes it easier for us to plan the day.
Any change to the plan which I request is addressed speedily, I cannot fault your system in any way.

With over 17 years of experience in the care industry, Angelina has built a strong work ethic based on a good foundation of knowledge, compassion, and dedication. Her journey began in hospitals, managing wards and supporting patients on the front line. Over the years, she expanded her own experience across care homes, agency nursing, and a wide range of home care services. These roles gave me deep insight into the care sector and fuelled my desire to make a lasting difference.
She also holds a Master’s degree in Health and Social Care Management, a qualification she achieved through hard work and determination while continuing to work full-time. In 2019, while working with In Home Care Chichester, she felt inspired to begin a new chapter and launched her own care agency.
In November 2019, while Angelina proudly worked in Home Care at Chichester. Her own mission was simple: to bring her years of experience, high standards, and values into a service that truly cares. And she started to build her own company, In Home Care Fareham/Portsmouth. She is now a Director and Registered Manager with the CQC; she understands both the operational and personal sides of running a successful care business. Her focus is always on delivering high-quality, person-centred care to both private clients and those receiving social services support.
We currently serve communities across Fareham, Portchester, Gosport, Titchfield, and Portsmouth, offering compassionate, professional care tailored to individual needs. Angelina's commitment is not just to our clients, but also to our carers – ensuring they feel supported, respected, and inspired within their roles.
Outside of work, Angelina is a proud mother who enjoys cooking, reading, walking, and exploring new places. She also enjoys going to the gym and staying active. Her passion for care extends beyond the workplace; she believes in motivating others, spreading positivity, and creating an environment where everyone is treated equally with kindness and dignity.
At the heart of everything Angelina does is a strong desire to give back to the community, provide outstanding care, and support both clients and staff in living their best lives.
Kibar has been a vital part of our business for over five years, leading a team 32 with dedication, care, and compassion. As the branch supervisor, she ensures all carers follow policies and person-centred care, liaising closely with GPs, families, and the management team. Kibar works alongside Director Angelina Lewis and the leadership team daily, staying on top of new changes and delivering consistent, high-quality support. Her deep understanding of client needs and years of care experience shines through in everything she does. Outside of work, Kibar enjoys spending time with her family, going on holiday, staying active at the gym, and taking long walks.
Chloe has over 10 years of experience in the care sector and brings exceptional knowledge, compassion, and professionalism to her role. As a Care Coordinator and part-time Senior Carer, she liaises with clients regarding care hours, assessments, and rota changes, ensuring smooth communication and high standards. Chloe works closely with management, including Angelina and the finance director, to make sure all care packages align with contracts and invoicing, helping to keep the business running efficiently. She also supports the team alongside Kibar, contributing to leadership and quality care delivery.
Known for her friendly and understanding nature, Chloe is deeply committed to both clients and carers.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her children, travelling with family, and making lasting memories with her loved ones.
Jackie joined Home Care in 2023 and has been a key part of the admin team ever since. She supports the business by managing client and carer records, checking paperwork, and keeping our systems up to date. Working closely with Director Angelina Lewis and the wider management team, Jackie ensures all processes are compliant and communication flows smoothly across the service. She also liaises with families, GPs, and carers to support quality care. Outside of work, Jackie enjoys spending time with her family and grandchildren, going on holidays, and making the most of time with her loved ones.
Sofia joined our team in 2023 and quickly became a valuable member of the service. With over six years of experience in care, she began her journey as a carer and has grown into a trusted senior supporting both our office and community teams. Sofia works closely with Director Angelina Lewis, Kibar, and Chloe to ensure carers are confident, competent, and delivering care in line with policies. She supports with compliance checks, carer observations, and keeps our care database updated. Sofia is passionate about high standards and always reports any management concerns, helping to maintain quality across the board.
