Kaplan Care have been home visit caring for my father and late mother for over two and a half years. Initially there was a member of staff who I found quite confrontational but she has thankfully now gone, since then Kaplan has gone from strength to strength and been very caring and flexible. In short, they have been great. My father is currently in hospital awaiting to go into full time care, Kaplan have continued to ask after my father. They really are a nice bunch of caring people and a special thanks to the director for all the love and understanding. You will be in great safe hands.

Thankfully Kaplan Care was recommended by a friend and they have been exemplary in the care of my mum.

On a personal note, it was always reassuring to know that, should I not be able to get to see my father for a period of time, I knew he was being looked after.

My mother received excellent care from the team at Kaplan! Her needs were met with kindness, patience and thoughtfulness. All carers are professional, experienced and well-trained. Nothing was ever too much trouble. At one time a carer visited Mum out of hours and stayed until the paramedics arrived. Mum is now going into residential care otherwise the wonderful care at home from Kaplan would have continued. Mum passes on thanks and her warmest wishes to you all!

Staff are helpful and kind, care workers do a very good job, care workers listen to clients and staff doing good jobs. Care workers listened to me and what I asked them to do for me. The office staff are very kind and friendly and understand.

Mum and I are very pleased with the standard of care she's received, all the carers are lovely.

Staff are lovely - caring and efficient.

My carer is kind, compassionate and makes me feel I am keeping my dignity at all times.

Couldn't wish for better carers three times a week. It would be great if they could come at 9am every morning, but do contact me if they are coming later.

The carers are so kind. I really love the two who get me up. There is a gentleman who is just that - so gentle.

Kaplan have been looking after my mother for the last year since she was discharged from hospital. Throughout, their care has been excellent, enabling Mum (who suffers from dementia) to live in her own home safely and independently. The care she receives has been adapted to her personal requirements and, because I live some distance away, they are in regular contact to reassure me and let me know how things are going. They have arranged transport for hospital visits and made appointments for home visits when necessary, keeping me informed throughout, and all the Kaplan personnel I have met or spoken to are extremely compassionate and conscientious. Unfortunately, my mother is currently back in hospital and the continuing concern shown for her welfare is touching. This is my first experience of a home care provider and I can't emphasise enough what comfort and peace of mind the impressive standard set by Kaplan Care gives me. Heartfelt thanks to you all.

Kaplan stepped in to look after my mother-in-law after she was discharged from hospital. We had already had a few failed attempts with care companies. Kaplan were like a breath of fresh air. They got to know my mother-in-law, her routine, what she liked and did not and she instantly felt like she was able to trust them and let them into her home, this was a huge step for us.

They went above and beyond from the very beginning, sadly she passed after a few months, but even at the very end they were there for us and her. We could not have asked or wished for more from a care company. I would highly recommend for a more personal service.

As a family, we would just like to say a big thank you to all involved in my dad's care.

I am very well looked after, the staff are not just carers, I feel I have found friends in them. They are always willing to go one step further. If it was not for the manager her and team of carers I would not be able to continue to live at home.

I have just had a knee replacement and following this, I felt that my husband and I needed some assistance with general care in the early stages of my recovery. I had heard of Kaplan through two lots of friends who had been very happy with their services. I, therefore, contacted them and received 2 weeks of very satisfactory help. It was good dealing with a small organization who you felt really wanted to provide a very personal service. I would highly recommend them.
