I have been with Kaplan Care for over a month and already I feel comfortable and safe with the carers and we always have a laugh.
The carers do everything I ask them too and always ask If there's anything else they can do for me.

It has been such a relief to find the right person to care for my dad. The manager has really put my mum's mind at rest as she can rely on her. Kindness and care are at the core. I would highly recommend this company.

Since meeting the manager I feel totally supported in every way. Communication is easy and I feel able to make contact if I need it at any time. My husband is getting all his needs met and the relationship between them is authentic and very caring.
I would not hesitate to recommend the care provided
to anyone thinking of using homecare.

I have used two previous care agency’s in the past and was so unhappy with the service provided. My dad has Parkinson’s disease and my mum has dementia, it’s very hard work to look after both hence why I decided to get some help. Both agency’s that I previously used were terrible, time-keeping was poor
and the care was not good at all, so between me and my husband we decided to go part-time work so we can look after my parents. Back in August I had a leaflet come through my door advertising home care, I phoned this company up and spoke to a lovely lady who was in fact the owner of her new company, wow. Very professional and experienced and answered all my questions, ticked every box.
The lady met my parents and had an assessment to see what care can be offered, my parents are very content and so are we, so pleased that I have now found a lovely company with lovely carers who can help. Thank you Kaplan Care.
