It is not easy to hand the care of elderly and vulnerable relatives to others even when it is the most practical thing to do, but I would not hesitate to recommend Pauline and her team.

Flow Healthcare was excellent. From onboarding to final follow up the whole service was outstanding. Pauline was meticulous, conscientious and professional with compassion and flexibility to our needs as a family. Phillip and Vishwani were absolutely outstanding carers, totally professional, compassionate, kind and treated my mother with utmost gentleness and dignity. I have met many of my mother's carers and am impressed by the care they take of my mother. Both they and the Agency respond positively when I contact them, are easy to communicate with and quick to act when necessary.

I'm very pleased with the service my aunt receives, the most important thing is that she is happy and safe. I believe we have good communication and that my aunt is cared for in a kind and compassionate way. If we have come across any issues, they are always resolved.

Flow Health Care provide a helpline number which you can ring at any time, I have always found this to be a very helpful approach and the people on the phone line are always willing to work towards a practical solution to any problems that have arisen. Additionally, the team will contact me if they are experiencing any problems with caring for my mother and this help and support has been much appreciated. The carers have established positive relationships with my mother, willing to have a laugh and a joke and will go above and beyond expectations to help life run smoothly. I honestly feel that without the support I have received from Flow Health Care I would not have been able to cope with keeping my mother living independently.

The care we received for our mother was compassionate, kind and sympathetic with a good understanding of her needs. We felt very lucky to have consistency in the carers enabling them to fully understand our mum's personality and the level of care she needed as she transitioned to needing more specific care, as her health worsened. The whole family appreciated the fantastic care she received. Would highly recommend it.

I am very happy with the level of care my mum has been receiving. Mum is also happy and feels at ease with all the carers, she is spoken to in a respectful and caring manner. Everything that I asked to be done in regard to Mum's care at the assessment has been carried out to the highest level. We would highly recommend this company.
