Since joining the caring system with Visiting Angels, I have found them to be of excellent quality and very professional. In my caring needs, treat me with respect and talk to me all the time. Nothing is of to much trouble and long may it last.
We are so pleased that our Angels are treating you with dignity and respect, and that you are getting along so well with all of them. Thank you for taking the time to review us, your words are our inspiration.
Visiting Anbels. Best. I love going out for lunch with all these angels. My life is now absolutely great.
I am so delighted that our Angels are making a real difference to your life, and that you are going out to lunch and socialising. Thank you fo your kind review.
Visiting Angels have been a huge help to mum, they make her life happy and she love's to go out and spend time chatting and people watching. They also help around her home & with personal care when needed.
I am so delighted that our Angels help make Mum's life happier, that's exactly why I set the company up, not just to provide care tasks. Taking our clients out and helping them connect with a quality of life is vitally important. I will pass on your comments to our Angels, it will make their day.
I have had long term care for both my wife and myself with excellent organised care and with many of the long estabished carers personally.
Thank you so much for recognising our service, we really appreciate it. We pass all reviews on to our Angels, as they find them so inspirational.

What a fabulous review, we really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with everyone. Your Angel will be delighted with your comments, and we cannot wait to pass these on.
The Angels that visit to care for my mum are kind, courteous and patient. They are cheerful, encouraging and friendly. They treat her with dignity, respect and warmth. They react to her stories and comments (often repeated) as if its the first time she has said it. The Angels are all respectful of my mums choices, helping with hair, makeup and jewellery to help wtih self-identity. They are supportive of family carers and take time to support us too!
Thank you for your lovely review, our Angels really appreciate your recognition for the tender loving care. We continue to strive for the highest quality of care, and it is great to know when we are achieving this.
The carers carry in their experience and ideas of caring, but one, on the whole, kind and thoughtful. Some of them are consistently using their 'tablets', which seem more important than helping the client. I do realise that the information put on there is essential, or at least some of it. The whole 'caring' experience has been a new, interesting, conception for me, and a learning curve, even at 94 years old.
Thank you for your feedback, as it gives us a focus to improve. We are very sorry to receive this review as anything less than 5 stars is a failure for us. We pride ourselves on delivering Quality at Home Care, and all our Angels now have a tablet with the very best care planning software, so...
My husband has Lewy Body dementia and I was his carer until a hospital stay in January left him needing much more help to dress and shower in the mornings. A one hour visit every morning from the Angels gets his day started with a smile and also gives me time to start my day gently and sometimes fit in a coffee with a friend. I completely underestimated what a difference this would make to our lives. I couldn't cope without our Angels now, they are cheerful, kind and exceptionally patient and it is a comfort to know they will be there if I need more help in the future.
It is our about pleasure and honour to provide care to our clients, and it is so uplifting to hear of the difference we make to peoples lives. Thank you for taking the time to share this.
The two main carers we have we could ask for better for my wife.
Thank you so much, we know who you mean, and think that you meant couldn't ask for better. Thank you for this review and the email containing the compliments.
We have been very pleased with all the care we have had with the angels since we have had them November 2025. Thank you.
Thank you so much for your kind words, we will share your comments with your Angels who really enjoy caring for you both.
The angels have been an absolute God send for my grandad. Thanks to their kind and reliable attitude, my grandad is able to go out for walks have someone to talk to, address day to day tasks and feel safe in his home. It gives me great peace of mind to know that he is recieving regular visits and that I can have open and trusting communication with the care team.
Thank you for your kind words of feedback, we never take a review like this for granted. We will pass on your comments to our Angels that will truly appreciate this.
All of the angels who visited our home showed compassion towards my husband and were aware of his needs and likes and dislikes. He regarded them more as friends than carers and looked forward to their visits.
We really do try to provide tender loving care to all our clients, and creating friendships is part of the service. Thank you for your feedback, it means so much to all our team.
My wife suffers from vascular dementia and vascular Parkinsonism and has been confined to a wheelchair for over a year. We are both in our eighties and I suffer from arthritis but over the last year I have provided most of her daily care. As it now takes me a while in the morning to loosen up we have been assisted each morning by Visiting Angels who get her out of bed, wash and dress her and seat her on her wheelchair ready for me to give her breakfast. The carers are without exception very considerate and careful and my wife enjoys their visits. The chat and laughter is quite loud sometimes but it does set my wife up for the day. The carers are always asking if they can help me with other household tasks and where possible I take advantage of their offers. All in all we enjoy a very positive and welcome service.
I am delighted to hear that we are having such a meaningful impact on both of your lives. Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts, we certainly share with all our team.
Excellent service from start to finish. Mum normally goes to be at 10. But was so animated and articulate with the carer. She was still up at 11.30 pm. Would not hesitate to recommend Visiting Angels service.
Thank you for your kind words, and so sorry for keeping mum up late. We will feedback to the Angel to calm things down at bed time. LOL.
My mum had been in a care home for 6 weeks as respite. She lost alot of weight and had significantly deteriorated. Visiting Angels provided live in care on her return home and they have been amazing. The carers have been able to involve my mum is activities, go out for meals, exercise and supported her with personal care. With advance dementia, I didn't expect her to improve but they have performed a miracle. I am so thankful as we did not have this experience with previous carers.
Thank you so much for leaving this wonderful review, your feedback really does motivate us to provide outstanding Quality at Home Care. We will be sure to let our Angels know what a great job that they are doing for your Mum.
My aunt has been really quite unwell and her health has been fluctuating for a few years. She has really struggled to adjust to the need to care at home and has not been an easy patient to care for. The carers at Visiting Angels have been so understanding of this and have worked really hard to find strategies of how to approach my aunt and when to give her space. They have communicated this between each other to help to develop consistency and it has hugely benefited my aunt. Once they were able to send in a long term carer they did and now there is a team of regular carers that swop with the main carer to give her breaks. They have understood the sudden loss of her husband and circumstances around it have been very troubling and have been very supportive. They have kept us up to date as family and made it easy to work out what is needed.
Thank you for taking the time to review our service, we are delighted that our Angels have helped to support your Aunt in need of care. We know that the transition is difficult for both clients and families, and we work hard to establish trust and an effective care plan. We will certainly pass on your comments to our Angels.
All in all l would conclude the care we have is outstanding and couldn't ask for more; thank you for this wonderful team of carers.
We really appreciate you giving us the opportunity to listen to your feedback from your first review, and have the patience whilst we worked to ensure that our service to your husband was personalised and of high quality for him and his needs. Thank you for sending in an updated review, we really appreciate you taking the time.
I would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the Visiting Angels team for the exceptional care and support they have provided to our Aunt over the past few weeks.
It has been a particularly challenging time for my Aunt due to her losing her husband recently and us having to deal with a sensitive family matter.
They have all been very patient with her as she has found it difficult to adjust to the live in care. One of the Angels, was a tremendous source of strength and comfort not only to our Aunt but to me as well.
Please pass on our deepest appreciation to the team. We are incredibly grateful for their kindness and dedication especially during challenging moments.
We are so pleased to receive this wonderful review, so many thanks for taking the time to recognise out Angels and the tender loving care that they provide. We will certainly pass on the review to those Angels.
Attendance mainly for companionship and a little light housework. The carers I have are friendly and very easy to converse with. They are always very willing to do whatever needs to be done and either pop out for an errand or to take me to a shop or appointment. I really do look forward to and appreciate their visits.
A lovely review, and we are so pleased tht you are pleased with your Angels. We will certainly pass on your wonderful remarks.
Excellent care provided by a team of regular carers, supporting independence whilst making sure that I got the help that I needed. Queries dealt with efficiently and with understanding. Would recommend this home care provider.
Thank you so much for leaving such a wonderful review, it is our pleasure and privilege to provide outstanding care.
