Very kind, considerate and efficient and happy to carry out any requests. Having been let down by the NHS, Visiting Angels stepped in and provided a great service.

The carer/companion that comes once a week for 2 hours is excellent. She sits with my husband who has Alzheimer's, and they chat for 2 hours. Very good for his cognitive health.

Apart from one carer who I don't have anymore, the care I'm receiving is excellent. They treat me with respect, talk to me at all times and treat me with dignity. The carers are also prepared to wait for me especially at lunch time to try and do some marching while I'm on the sit-to-stand aid.

This is our first month of care being in place and we couldn't be happier. Mum is already at ease with her Angel who took the time to understand Mum rare brain condition before starting. Finding someone to look after a loved one is a daunting and stressful prospect but Visiting Angels made it easy, acting with care and compassion and a lot less stressful than I feared. Matching an Angel carefully to the client meant the relationship fell into place instantly.

Have been using Visiting Angels for Mum for about 6 months. I can honestly say that Mum views her Angel as a friend now. Her Angel has never let her down, turns up each week as expected, and helps Mum with whatever is asked of her and even goes the extra mile to help and make suggestions that can benefit Mum. Completely trustworthy and caring.

Visiting Angels have been caring for my Grandma, I was there with an angel last week. I was amazing at the care and compassion she showed my gran. Makes us so happy as a family to see grams with the angels she really enjoys there company.

The app works well as we are able to see who is visiting & how the visits have gone. The overall service is invaluable & provides us with peace of mind. I would have no hesitation in recommending Visiting Angels.

I have had Visiting Angels for my mum for a few years now, and have always found them to be caring, friendly and very helpful. I am always updated with information as to Mum's care. The carers go above and beyond with all that they do for her. And so I rate them 5 gold stars.

Very reliable efficient care. Same carer every time helps us feel confident with the care she gives and her level of care and compassion is fantastic. The whole care team have been and is great and very helpful with advice and information. We have no issues and would recommend this service.

The app to update daily care provided was invaluable, as we could check instantly how her care visit had been. Regular visits to review care needs were held and after trying four other care companies previously, Visiting Angels performed way above the rest. I would highly recommend to all.

In the last two months, we have been joined by another Angel. She has settled in extremely well and they make and excellent team. I feel very lucky to have them. Management has always been really helpful and responsive to any concerns I may have.

Two Visiting Angels have been looking after my mother who is in her 80's and lives alone with many medical problems. They have both been extremely kind and caring, giving my mum all the support she needs mentally and physically. They are full of helpful practical suggestions, fun and jokes, as well as being really good listeners. Their presence makes it possible for me to leave my mum and continue with my own job; and for my mum to live her life in her own home knowing she is being looked after. I can't imagine my life or my mum's without them!

Very satisfied with the extreme care and respect the Angels all show. Nothing is too much trouble. The companionship and thoughtfulness they all give is very beneficial to my mother's well-being. All Anglels and office staff are always very helpful should the family need to discuss anything.

My 2 sisters and I are very pleased with the Visiting Angels. They are doing an excellent job! Mum is quite happy with them, chatting, drinking tea and doing jigsaws! We will continue with their service, thank you to them all!

They help with showering my Mum, taking her out in her wheelchair around the shops and they stock up on essentials, doing her washing, and taking away from me a lot of worry. I highly recommend them.

Visiting Angels have provided an excellent service to my mother. The care assistants are friendly and helpful, spending time with my mother to put her at ease. It gives me and my family great peace of mind knowing she is well cared for when we are not able to go in to see her.

Top-notch. Anticipates my every need. Always cheerful and extremely helpful. And a real dab hand at ironing! Always reliable and extremely good at doing the washing and changing beds. Does all the messy stuff like cleaning out the fire, getting in the coal, and logs. Can even Sew. One extremely important thing for me is that the main carer is always there for me and there is no last-minute swapping or other carers.

Overall, I am satisfied with the experience from the Visiting Angels.

I moved my mother's homecare to Visiting Angels 6 months ago. The difference it has made to her health, her moods and the cleanliness of her flat has been significant, in fact amazing. Visiting Angels have allowed me to be my mother's daughter again and not her carer. Thank you to everyone who visits my mother, you light up her day with your care, personality and uplifting approach.
