Top-notch. Anticipates my every need. Always cheerful and extremely helpful. And a real dab hand at ironing! Always reliable and extremely good at doing the washing and changing beds. Does all the messy stuff like cleaning out the fire, getting in the coal, and logs. Can even Sew. One extremely important thing for me is that the main carer is always there for me and there is no last-minute swapping or other carers.

Overall, I am satisfied with the experience from the Visiting Angels.

I moved my mother's homecare to Visiting Angels 6 months ago. The difference it has made to her health, her moods and the cleanliness of her flat has been significant, in fact amazing. Visiting Angels have allowed me to be my mother's daughter again and not her carer. Thank you to everyone who visits my mother, you light up her day with your care, personality and uplifting approach.

Love the family feel to this team. When Mum had a fall when we were abroad on holiday, Visiting Angels couldn't have been kinder and were so fast in their response to our needs. Care staff are so kind, good-humoured and helpful. As her care needs have grown, we were confident to ask them for more help with her independent living. They are great, so glad we found them.

We are completely happy with the service provided. Visiting Angels has proven to be very flexible when our needs vary.

I find the carers are willing to help me in all things.

I had lovely Angels, especially one who was my regular carer. She was on the same wavelength and she was very caring. My time with the Angels helped me out and I would love to have them back, they're the people I turn to.

We have been using Visiting Angels Cambridge/Huntingdon for two years to look after my father who has dementia. They provided daily companionship and care during the week, taking him out to various venues and clubs while he lived with us. Sadly he has had to move into a care home as he needs twenty-four hour care now. Seeing the level of care he gets in the home compared with Visiting Angels we are very glad he was able to enjoy these two years of a more fulfilling life than he has now. The friendship and care the Angels staff gave to him was excellent. Because he had the same carers regularly they knew what he wanted when he couldn't express it in words. I strongly recommend using Visiting Angels.

Carers are excellent, above and beyond.

All girls are very good. All on time. All girls are very caring.

I have found my carer to be a great help to me. She is friendly and empathetic, always on time and nothing is too much trouble. I like the fact that my carer does not wear a uniform so it feels more personal when we shop together. She has time to have a cup of tea with me before she leaves, something that adds to the personal touch. I don't feel rushed or that she is in a hurry to leave.

All other ratings remain at an excellent standard, especially the staff who have been remarkably caring as my eldest son is very ill and I have been stressed regarding the situation.

I am very satisfied with the service provided and they are very helpful and cheerful.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. All the carers go that extra mile for Mum. They're always prompt and on time, never fail to make Mum smile and do whatever is needed to keep her comfortable and happy. We did use a different care company a few months ago, but this one is in a different league. I know Mum is in safe hands. The carers always write notes that I can access, so I can check if she's OK if I'm away. Very happy with this company.

Visiting Angels has cared for my disabled mum since the end of January. I would just like to say that everyone has been brilliant in looking after my mum's needs. The care given was above and beyond on many occasions, including helping my disabled dad when he needed it and we cannot thank everyone enough. The office staff were great in keeping me informed of any changes or things I needed to know and the carer was wonderfully patient and caring for mum. We would have no doubt in highly recommending Visiting Angels to anyone, as the care you would receive is first class.

Visiting Angels have been quite outstanding as care providers. The organization and arrangements are always clear and reliable, and they always consult in advance about any changes or additions. The main carer (and her deputy) who have been looking after my wife, who has Alzheimer's, have been wonderful. They have established a rapport with her and made providing personal hygiene care as stress-free as possible. They have been attentive to my wife's needs but have also made the visits as enjoyable as possible. She has come to be genuinely attached to the main carer, and the daily burden this has lifted from my shoulders is immense. I could not recommend them more warmly.
