I approached Visiting Angels in the late part of 2020 for much-needed care for my Mother. Putting the right carer in place was essential and I needed someone who could not only provide care but also build a rapport with my Mother (not easy!). The agency recommended a carer (thank you to that person) who was introduced to my Mother and me. I was amazed when my Mother connected straight away. Our carer is fantastic, she truly cares, is patient, communicative and really goes that extra mile. I now feel a huge weight lifted too. I now don't know how my Mother or myself could manage without her. I highly recommend her.

We found Visiting Angels to be well-managed and professional. They were thorough and took time to assess our particular and personal situation and requirements. This was not an 'off-the-peg' support package; we were provided with details of their assessment and suggestions for a route forward which we were encouraged to adjust if we felt it appropriate.
