All carers within Advance have fully cared for Mum with extreme dedication and care, they have provided additional support when needed and allocated carers in a precise manner. Since fully assigning Advance to my mother's care package, I've noticed a great change in her well being this has made me at ease and the ability to focus on my work. I'm extremely grateful for Advance Care.
Very well organised. Treatment by the carers just as I need them, they are very good at washing my body, making me a meal. They make me feel independent. They are friendly to my visitors, and willing to make them feel at home.

Carers are prompt and do whatever I ask, only limited by the terms of our agreement. Management respond quickly and helpfully to my requests.

Advance are a small, caring company, who have been incredibly helpful in looking after my elderly Mum and my Dad, when he was still with us. They are very responsive to Mum’s needs and I really feel I can rely on them, almost like family. As an only child, that takes a huge weight off my shoulders. I thoroughly recommend them (although, I wouldn’t want them to grow too big and lose that personal touch).

As a family, we have come to rely on Advance caregiving staff to support and assist our family to keep our older family members in their own home. They have dealt with every day situations and the needs of our parents from washing, dressing and personal care on a daily basis. They have been an emotional support for other family members as our parents' needs became more complex due to ill health and hospital admissions. They are reliable, professional and are all passionate about their caring role within our family. As a family, we feel comfortable asking for help and in changing services as our parents' needs change.
