Called Angels Care to request extra day care support for my mother at short notice - they were very accommodating, helpful and understanding of the situation. They arranged the care I wanted, fitting it in around my mother's needs and the hours/days needed, and managed to supply a lady my mother had before. Excellent service.

I am a person of few words, but the help I receive is excellent, and very comforting as not being able to manage myself in bathing on my own. Thank you.

We have found all the staff at Angel Care to be very considerate, helpful and friendly. The two key individuals are trusted by my mother-in-law and the rest of the family. Knowing we have regular staff is critical to us, as they see and are aware of any changes in her condition. They encourage and make her laugh.

The carers at Angels have been a godsend. I don't live locally so rely on them to look after my mum. They fill in online details following each visit so we can keep fully up to date on what is going on. It is comforting and reassuring that they provide consistent carers who have got to know my mum well and that she feels comfortable with.

We used Angels Care for approx 6 months prior to our mother going into full-time care. We found them extremely accommodating and flexible. Their work was consistent and good.

I can recommend Angels wholeheartedly. My father was a difficult case, with both a terminal illness and rapidly increasing dementia. The Angels faced all this with great strength, warmth and friendship towards him, and in turn, he looked forward to their daily visits and attention. It's a tough job, and they carried it out with wonderful professionalism - the cumulative years of experience in care homes and one-to-one service shines through. They were able to offer practical advice when asked, to work around the limitations of care at home (memo: buy lots of wipes!), to show calm and patience when required, and I am sure lots more that sailed over my head. All in all, use them, safe in the knowledge that there is unlikely to be better for your loved one out there.

Not living nearby I feel secure that my mum is being looked after by very caring individuals who attend on a regular basis. The app is very useful for keeping in touch with her needs and staff. I have always found them friendly, caring and helpful.
