LA carers provide an outstanding service for my mother. Although recently engaged with the service the peace of mind and relief to myself as her main carer for two years now is far more than I would have believed. I wish I had started it sooner. I chose LA Carers as they have cared for my friends father (now deceased) and mother (now in her 90's still living in her own home) and know that she has had fantastic support and service from them. All concerns over my mother adapting to someone else were unnecessary. I wanted and have a service that I trust and who understand the need of the family to have confidence in a service including all the personnel who work in the organisation. My mother has two or three ladies who come in daily (you cannot expect to have the same person daily) but over the weeks has gotten to know them all and says they are all lovely. I met one carer this week and she was really nice, pointing out all the service could offer.

LA Care is run in a very professional manner, putting their clients needs first and foremost. The whole team are well trained and have a wide knowledge of care. Every visit I am asked how I'm feeling and what care I require, I'm always treated with the utmost respect and dignity. The Carers will never leave until all my needs have been achieved and that I'm happy. They have the ability to make me feel safe and secure, nothing is ever to much trouble.

LA carers always come with a warm, friendly manner and treat my wife gently and with respect always asking how she feels and if there is anything she wants done. They efficiently carry out their tasks and we are really satisfied with them.

All the carers that were supplied were very efficient at their work, and looked after my wife very well. The carers who came most regularly established a better relationship with my wife than those who came occasionally. Thus the latter sometimes needed a little guidance on what my wife's needs and capabilities were, but overall they still provided a good caring service.

I can't say enough good things about LA CARE From the very first interaction, their team was professional, compassionate, and genuinely dedicated to providing top-quality care. They took the time and matched us with caregivers who were not only skilled but also kind and attentive.

The caregivers have been reliable, respectful, and incredibly supportive. They go above and beyond to ensure comfort and dignity, making a real difference in my friend's daily life. Communication with the LA CARE has also been seamless with him knowing the schedule of care for the forthcoming week as much as is possible. My friend has a condition which means that he finds the unexpected difficult. LA CARE do everything in their power to facilitate this wherever possible.

Thanks to LA CARE we have peace of mind knowing my friend is in excellent hands. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate and dependable home care.

L A Care have been wonderful from my first meeting with them. The communication is outstanding. I especially love the app where you can view a comprehensive visit report after each visit. I honestly feel like a weight has been lifted since they replaced a previous unsatisfactory care company. The staff who visit dad are extremely professional, kind and considerate. They treat dad with a deep level of respect and dignity. They get an incredible amount done in a relatively short time too, they use their own initiative on doing the things that they see that need doing. LA Care are quick to respond to emails when we need to make any tweaks and are always at the end of the phone to chat through any details. They are very proactive in suggesting changes to make things easier. I have seen a big improvement in Dads quality of life since they started. It now feels like a big team effort with our family and LA Care.

L A Care looked after my father for 18 months at home, before he eventually moved into a care home. He really enjoyed his visits from the care team, who were always willing to do all that he required to enable him to stay at home for as long as possible. This included support washing him and dealing with his catheter, alongside household chores, such as washing and food preparation. During this time, Dad was ill on a number of occasions and L A Care provided support both prior to him going into hospital and even while he was in hospital. The app enabled all his children to see a report written by his carer after every visit, allowing us to discreetly keep an eye on how he was doing. Highly recommended.

L A Care gave my neighbour the best care anyone could have, she had nothing but praise for all of the ladies that came to care for her. They made her last few weeks possible for her to be in the comfort of her own home and for that I will be eternally grateful and I cannot thank them enough for all that they have done

I would certainly have no hesitations in recommending them to potential clients as the impact on our lives has been extremely positive so far. I had gone to several agencies before finding these people and had not been convinced by any of them that caring was more than a job that pays wages. as a retired nurse I knew what was needed but so difficult to come by until we met LA Carers.
