A member of staff and her team of carers have been an absolute godsend to me over the past two years I have been with them. Two of them came straight round to see me when I was in a time of crisis with my mental health, and they have been ever so helpful ever since. I truly believe they saved my life,
and I am forever thankful for that!
The carers are also lovely. Always on time, courteous, friendly and respectful. They work so hard. I wish them all the best for the future.

I have been very impressed with the care and responsiveness of staff relating to my mother's care. The daily visits are very punctual and reliable and I would like to give a particular shout out to her carer who my mother says takes very good care of her and to the team who have always been very helpful
to me when discussing my mother's needs. I would certainly recommend Wincare who give me the confidence I need in ensuring my mother is safe and looked after.

We're really happy with the service the carers arrive on time we have them twice per day and if they're late they call - they provide what service we require which is always as expected -they are friendly and efficient- no problems

All of the staff at Wincare Homecare are very friendly, professional and patient. My mother-in-law is very comfortable with them visiting her home and they always take the time to chat with her and provide her with company as well as carrying out their duties such as distributing medication, preparing
meals etc. The family portal is an excellent way for us to check how she is when we are unable to visit. It is reassuring to know she is in safe hands. The out of hours number is also very useful and staff are always quick to reply to any concerns/questions. We are very pleased with the service she is receiving. Thank you.

The carers visit my cousin twice daily to assist her with medication, meal and drinks preparation and clear up the kitchen.They are all very friendly and caring. Without them, she would not be able to stay in her own home.

Carers are friendly and professional and prompt they carry out their duties very well, if there are ever any problems the office staff are always willing to help and assist with any problems ,and can help with a variety or issue and offer assistance and information they go above and beyond in the way
they look after my partner

Kare Plus went out of their way and did everything they could to provide care for my wife when she returned home for bed care after a stay in hospital. The team of carers were very professional, always completely reliable, kind, caring and always positive and encouraging. We looked forward to their
visits which were always fun and left us with a smile on our faces.
