Moral Care have been visiting my mum for a year or so. The carers who visit are just fantastic, the office staff are very professional and respond quickly to any problems and it gives me great piece of mind to know my mum is looked after as I don't live nearby. They contact her GP if there's a health issue , ring me if they are worried about anything and treat mum as if she's a relative. I recommend Moral Care to anyone who is looking for a company who puts their clients first and all their staff do an amazing job. Well done everyone.

I don't know how we would have coped without them. Not only was my mum well cared for, but we also received so much support and reassurance as a family. You hear so many horror stories, MoralCare has completely restored my faith. Everything last one of them were nothing short of exceptional.
Thats amazing! Thank you for taking the time to submit and post a review.
They were brilliant from the start providing help and advice when my friend was in hospital and we realised she needed support to return home.
The staff are professional, polite and caring.
My friend said she never thought "she would be so well looked after."
The office is always on hand to offer helpful advice.
A very excellent find.

Moral Care is by far the best care agency in this area. All the staff are kind understanding and efficient.
Thank you for taking the time to write us a review. It's a pleasure to support you.
A very detailed assessment was made initially of her care needs and soon after the care began. Without exception, all the carers my mum has met have been excellent. They arrive with a friendly caring attitude and maintain Mum's dignity throughout, and will do what is necessary during the visit. I would strongly recommend MoralCare.
Thank you for taking the time to submit such a lovely review. I'm glad you're pleased with our service and we thoroughly enjoy visiting your Mum.
Members of staff that I've met have been friendly and very helpful. Carers are punctual, polite and supportive. Would highly recommend.

Just wanted to say how much Mum valued your service over the past couple of weeks. She loves all of your staff. She appears to be back on track and feeling more positive. We can't thank you enough for your support.
Their care team are friendly, hard-working and has given invaluable support to my elderly parents over the last few months for which all of our family are extremely grateful.
Emails and telephone calls to their office have been answered with speed, understanding, flexibility and efficiency.
We know that our parents have received great care in their own home and would highly recommend Moral Care to anybody.
I find MoralCare provide me with all I need from a care company, plus so much more from management, who always go the extra mile. All the carers say they love their job, which says a lot about MoralCare management and how they treat their staff.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us such a lovely review.
Everyone in their team delivered an extremely efficient, professional, dignified, jovial and respectful level of service and care, and I trusted them completely with her well-being.
We lost Mum at the end of October, but Mum was so happy with her ladies, who were becoming a second family, and for this, I will be eternally grateful.
I really can't sing their praises highly enough; they really are that good! MoralCare is run on sound ethics where staff and client welfare are of paramount importance.
Thank you so much MoralCare.
Very grateful daughter!
Thank you for taking the time to write such a kind review. We think of you and your mum often, and we are very grateful we had such an impact on you both, and that you received the care and support you both highly deserved. Keep in touch!
I don't live locally. Moral Care have been a Godsend for me and my mum. The carers are all professional and friendly and Mum couldn't be without their incredible support. I can sleep knowing she's being cared for by good, capable hands. We used to have another agency that missed visits and caused us a lot of stress and uncertainty, moving to Moral Care was the best thing we could have done. Thank you team!
Thank you for such lovely feedback, it means the world to us.
