Moral Care have been visiting my mum for a year or so. The carers who visit are just fantastic, the office staff are very professional and respond quickly to any problems and it gives me great piece of mind to know my mum is looked after as I don't live nearby. They contact her GP if there's a health
issue , ring me if they are worried about anything and treat mum as if she's a relative. I recommend Moral Care to anyone who is looking for a company who puts their clients first and all their staff do an amazing job. Well done everyone.

I don't know how we would have coped without them. Not only was my mum well cared for, but we also received so much support and reassurance as a family. You hear so many horror stories, MoralCare has completely restored my faith. Everything last one of them were nothing short of exceptional.

MoralCare has been excellent in providing my friend with the care she needs.
They were brilliant from the start providing help and advice when my friend was in hospital and we realised she needed support to return home.
The staff are professional, polite and caring.
My friend said she never thought
"she would be so well looked after."
The office is always on hand to offer helpful advice.

My mum has been very pleased with the care she has been receiving from MoralCare.
A very detailed assessment was made initially of her care needs and soon after the care began. Without exception, all the carers my mum has met have been excellent. They arrive with a friendly caring attitude and maintain
Mum's dignity throughout, and will do what is necessary during the visit. I would strongly recommend MoralCare.

I have seldom come across such a professionally run organisation as Moral Care.
Their care team are friendly, hard-working and has given invaluable support to my elderly parents over the last few months for which all of our family are extremely grateful.
Emails and telephone calls to their office
have been answered with speed, understanding, flexibility and efficiency.
We know that our parents have received great care in their own home and would highly recommend Moral Care to anybody.

My family and I are deeply indebted to the MoralCare team for the many months of outstanding care and support that they provided Mum with. Following quite dreadful experiences with two other care companies, we were at a low ebb when the manager and her team came to our rescue.
Everyone in their team
delivered an extremely efficient, professional, dignified, jovial and respectful level of service and care, and I trusted them completely with her well-being.
We lost Mum at the end of October, but Mum was so happy with her ladies, who were becoming a second family, and for this, I will be eternally grateful.
I really can't sing their praises highly enough; they really are that good! MoralCare is run on sound ethics where staff and client welfare are of paramount importance.
Thank you so much MoralCare.

I don't live locally. Moral Care have been a Godsend for me and my mum. The carers are all professional and friendly and Mum couldn't be without their incredible support. I can sleep knowing she's being cared for by good, capable hands. We used to have another agency that missed visits and caused us
