My mother-in-law spent two weeks in hospital and my husband and I managed to get her home for end of life care. Trust Homecare Solution came in to help us four times a day and their care and dedication was outstanding, to my mother-in-law and to us. The whole team work hard and always had time for all of us, always a smile on their faces. A very, very professional care team. Sadly, Mum passed away and still they were there for us, making sure we were OK which has meant a lot to us. Thank you all so much.
My mum is a cancer patient and recently spent time in hospital with pneumonia and during this time, she was assessed for a care package due to her mobility and breathing issues. The Managers from Trust Homecare came out assessed the property and established our needs, as a family - the whole change over was dealt with in a very professional manner and any reassurance we needed was given. The care that my mum receives is second to none and all her needs are met and as a family, we would have no hesitation in recommending this company to others. We have been given 4 slots per day and the care team are always on time - the staff are conscientious, polite and reliable, give respect and dignity when on their visits with nothing being too much trouble. My mum is struggling with her mobility at the moment and spends most of her day in bed but the care team are working with occupational health to move her from bed to chairs using different aids and making a difference to her day. Amazing Team!
