The staff were always pleasant and were flexible with their help to meet the needs of my partner through a very difficult time, right up to the time of her passing. I am grateful for the care they gave.

When my father needed end-of-life care at home the carers who provided this service were kind, knowledgeable, professional, flexible and very caring. They were very kind to my father and us as a family and were flexible in their approach which made a big difference to all of us. It was a very difficult and sad period of time and they did all they could to make it more bearable and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it to others if you or your loved one needs this type of support. Thank you for all you did, we remember you with gratitude.

When we needed extra help for my mother, Comfort Living Care Services reacted immediately and supplied what was necessary. We are very satisfied with the help. The ladies managed in a professional and pleasant manner to persuade my mother to shower, whereas others had not been successful. The ladies are friendly, spend time with my mother and get things done. Although my mother is in the further stages of dementia, she will be able to stay in her own home for the foreseeable future with so much help. Mostly the same ladies come to visit and have gotten to know my mother and can cater to her individual needs.

I have no hesitation in recommending them for the care of a loved one.

I found this care service very good. The staff did what you asked them to do and were very friendly. If there were any problems they would let you know.

The carers that come in to see my mum are amazing, nothing is too much trouble. My mum is 92 and had a fall in December so has been non-weight bearing up until now and they have been so kind and friendly to both my mun and the rest of our family. I cannot recommend them enough.

We cannot rate (and thank) the manager and her staff enough. They treat Dad with such dignity, compassion, warmth and kindness at every visit. They are always chatty and treat Dad with such professionalism and care. We’d really be lost without them, I don’t think we can thank them enough.
