The staff were always pleasant and were flexible with their help to meet the needs of my partner through a very difficult time, right up to the time of her passing. I am grateful for the care they gave.

Overall Experience

When my father needed end-of-life care at home the carers who provided this service were kind, knowledgeable, professional, flexible and very caring. They were very kind to my father and us as a family and were flexible in their approach which made a big difference to all of us. It was a very difficult

and sad period of time and they did all they could to make it more bearable and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it to others if you or your loved one needs this type of support. Thank you for all you did, we remember you with gratitude.

Overall Experience

When we needed extra help for my mother, Comfort Living Care Services reacted immediately and supplied what was necessary. We are very satisfied with the help. The ladies managed in a professional and pleasant manner to persuade my mother to shower, whereas others had not been successful. The ladies

are friendly, spend time with my mother and get things done. Although my mother is in the further stages of dementia, she will be able to stay in her own home for the foreseeable future with so much help. Mostly the same ladies come to visit and have gotten to know my mother and can cater to her individual needs.

Overall Experience

Mum really didn't want carers in to help take care of her but as her illness worsened my sister and I couldn't cope. Soon she was waving them goodbye and had gotten used to them. She allowed them to wash her which she didn't want us to do.
The carers are lovely. They were extremely respectful of Mum,

always telling her what they were doing etc. Any little hiccups we had were soon sorted. They were so gentle when Mum was at end of life, only moving her as much as was absolutely necessary for her care.
They were really helpful to us too as we had never before nursed a terminal person at home. They gave us information and advice which was especially helpful close to the end when we were feeling bereft and alone as we could not get medical people out when needed.
I would like to thank all the staff for their care of Mum.
I have no hesitation in recommending them for the care of a loved one.

Overall Experience

Very helpful people.
Far superior to our last care service.
Very kind to our mum.
House was kept clean and tidy.
Food is kept in date and rotated.
They let us know if they will be late due to unforeseen circumstances.
They are helpful when meds run out.
The only little hitch so far is that

we need to pay by direct debit, which they need to set up. This would make payment much easier because POA hasn’t been completed yet.
We would definitely recommend this company.

Overall Experience

The carers that come in to see my mum are amazing, nothing is too much trouble. My mum is 92 and had a fall in December so has been non-weight bearing up until now and they have been so kind and friendly to both my mun and the rest of our family. I cannot recommend them enough.

We can't thank the team at Comfort Living Care Services enough for the care, dignity and compassion they showed Mum in her last weeks and the efficient, polite, professional comfort they brought to our family at a really difficult time. The staff are clearly inspired by the ethos the manager sets and

the team would drift in with a calm efficiency, do an excellent job with clients and family and leave everyone feeling peaceful and reassured.
As a family, we'd highly recommend Comfort Living Care and can't think of anything else we could have wished for. They were always punctual and reliable and so approachable. Lovely people, so kind and supportive.

I simply can not recommend enough, all the carers were extremely professional, friendly, hardworking and treated my dying mum with the utmost respect every single time they came to care for my mum. I am forever, eternally grateful for treating my mum with so much dignity and

respect and you treated my mum like your own mum on every single visit and nothing was too much trouble.
I simply can not thank you all enough for all your hard work and professionalism. I wish you all the best and can not recommend you enough to anyone looking for carers and please if you are thinking of using a different company don’t you may regret it, you will have no regrets with Comfort Living Care Services.
