Our main contact has been with two nurses/carers. They have been very efficient in their work.

Overall Experience

The ladies who visited mum were efficient and reliable. They were kind, caring and friendly -always with a smile. Communication with the management was excellent and keeping in touch via email or phone was very quick; always very friendly and supportive. We had one main carer visiting 4 times a day which was great for continuity as mum has Alzheimer's and change is confusing. On her days off the visits were covered by a few regulars who soon became familiar to her and were equally as kind, caring and efficient.
