Home Instead have been caring for Mum for well over a year now. The carers are very attentive and spend time chatting with Mum to break her day up. They have also been very helpful with medication and care during a recent period of illness. The App allows us to check up on between visits which gives us peace of mind. An excellent service.

Started last Sept to use this Care provider to help with care for my Dad - very pleased with the care and support provided, in particular the details added to the app which puts my mind at ease when I can't be there. Staff are always on time and provide the support agreed but happy to help with additional tasks if required. Reliable and quality service.

Good communication with me. My mother enjoys the carers and they are always helpful if she asks them anything. They are good in taking my mother shopping, looking after her needs and having a positive outlook for my mother.

Have piece of mind when the cares are attending on mum all of the staff have been very caring and attentive to her and have been very aware off her needs and what is needed on a daily basis. They always complete the file and let me know how the visit went, how Mum was on the visit what they have done or left for her.

Consistent carers my mum recognises is so important and great communication between the office and myself really takes the pressure off.

I'm pleased with the care provided by the staff are all lovely. Communication could be better when there are changes in carers coming to my home. Also, as I have the carers in for companionship it would be better if they were more compatible with my interests and slightly older. Overall, I am very pleased with Home Instead.

Professional service from the first call, initial meeting and now weekly visits for befriending reasons. Staff are always on time, polite and offer a personal touch. Access to the app allows us to check what has happened during each visit and when someone else is covering introductions happen, giving us and my mother-in-law peace of mind.

We have been using Home Instead for just over a month. From the initial contact to the first day of care, the service and information have been excellent. The consistency of carers has been a big factor for our Mum to accept the care she requires, (being a very independent lady). Not only for the personal care she requires but having a wee chat about herself and life is very important.

We have been having two visits per weekday for over a year now and the service that they provide is excellent. They are so friendly and caring and go above and beyond for both my parents. We couldn't do without them. There is nothing that they won't help with and we had an incident when there was a leak and one of the carers tackled this, located a plumber and dealt with the situation for us. She was exceptional.

Twice weekly befriending service provided for dad who has dementia. We used Home Instead for around 2 years until dad moved to care home. It was important for him to have a friendly face visit and take him out to combat loneliness and just improve quality of life. The befriender was fabulous, very upbeat and almost always the same person visited. Good udpates provided on how dad had been throughout the visits. Regular contact from the admin/management team to review needs.

All the care staff involved have dealt professionally and respectfully with the needs of my frail and elderly mother. They have always been helpful and attentive to the needs of my mother and have kept me updated on any issues which have arisen in my absence.

All the staff have been very professional and helpful and I would not hesitate to recommend them, they are a pleasure to work with.

Absolutely delighted with the service I receive from Home Instead for four hours every Wednesday. Going to garden centres and doing weekly shopping then returning to do household work.

I cannot praise Mum's carer highly enough. She is the kindest, considerate and gentle girl, who makes my mum laugh. I completely trust her to come into our home and look after Mum, as I know she genuinely cares. Always on time and never rushed away, takes the time to update me on my mum and what they have been doing. Mum looks forward to her visits and trips to the garden centre, as her carer always has a smile and time to listen and mate Mum feel like 20 again.

Companionship is excellent when needed to keep a doctor's appointment or any other appointments also when requiring messages.

My elderly aunt has been looked after by Home Instead since 2018 with 4 visits per day. I live in Cambridgeshire so not exactly on the doorstep should there be an urgent need and I've found the staff and management superb in their care and provide me with regular updates of her condition. On the occasion of an emergency have gone out their way to be supportive and kept me abreast of events. Their service to my aunt is well respected by her, myself, and the wider family and I would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

We would have no hesitation in recommending Home Instead to anyone looking for assistance of any type for a loved one.

My daughter really is at ease and looks forward to them coming. I would recommend them to anyone. First class.
