My dad has been here since end of Aug 2024. The first few months went well, good communication, caring, completed all care calls, wanted to be helpful. In December I realised they were not completing lunchtime calls, and sometimes skipping either am or pm. Paid by adult social care for 4 hours support
a week for social outing and cleaning, just 1 entry documented in the care notes of 1 outing. Poor record keeping, rude and unprofessional management (sent me a text with the middle finger).This company requested me to sign my dad's tenancy which made it invalid so DWP would not pay rent due the actual tenant not signing the tenancy agreement. Now DWP paid rent, they won't pay full amount of £2000 for a 1 bed bungalow, so now they started eviction with a letter giving 7 days notice to a vulnerable client with medical conditions but has capacity.
