Very good service however carers are reluctant to cook fresh food and always offer microwave meals as a first choice.
During the time our nephew came for a respite in Fortune Smiles Service, in the three weeks short period, there were a lot of changes in his behaviour, he was a happier person and he started doing a few things independently. The whole family were shocked. You people are considering placing him there permanently. The staff are friendly, caring and very welcoming.
I just want to say thank you to the setting staff and manager. It hasn't been easy seeing my dad out of the house receiving care. But it's comforting to see how much care his receiving that is coming from a good place of love. And parking is also free.
The care setting is very good and compliant. My sibling has had good improvements in self-confidence and organisation. And the staff are very cordial and kind. The pricing is affordable and there are after-school programs.
