Initial assessment i was promised certain improvements from last company i was hoodwinked & blindsided by beautiful words & fake smiles promises like pie crusts carers absolutely outstanding minus some when asked to not have a carer cos unsatisfactory by far very hard to achieve/be believed by office
the care company took me on WHY when they must have had some idea they had no capacity for me i felt like a nobody worthless by the end of my tenure when phoned office for a chat about any issues there was no two way discussion it was the company way or no way at all degrading the carers are the only thing keeping that company going the office is a disgrace even when i was TOLD i would be leaving it was so rude they didn't make it clear after that no more calls really only through social services no goodbyes or anything carers were gracious to the end office NOTHING if the carers keep leaving maybe the office should take a look at themselves before the company crumbles WOULDN'T RECOMMEND.

We're truly sorry that your experience with us after nearly eighteen months of care ended in disappointment, and that the transition left you feeling unheard and undervalued. While we're grateful for your kind words about our carers, we regret that our office support did not meet your expectations. Ending our service was not a decision we made lightly. It became necessary when we could no longer appropriately meet your new support needs. As a care provider, we have a duty to be honest and transparent when we reach that limit. To help ensure continuity and minimise disruption, we've had to extend the initial 56-day notice period by a further four weeks. Your feedback about communication breakdowns and the lack of a proper farewell is deeply concerning. Thank you for sharing your experience. We wish you all the very best and remain committed to learning from this and improving the quality of our care.
