My mum has been looked after by care your way for almost 2 years. She has always been cared for in the best possible way & this gives me peace of mind. All the staff are very caring & professional. The office staff are always very helpful & always make sure that the carers they provide are very well suited to my mums needs. I would highly recommend them.

Overall Experience

The change in the rota can be confusing. When the evening carer arrives one hour early it makes P.M food time difficult. I would like access to the schedule online.

CareYourWay has been a great asset to Mum's care (she has dementia). All staff are very friendly and professional. It means I don't have to worry about her so much. Would not hesitate to recommend.

All the carers that attended to my wife were very attentive to her needs and carried out their tasks with compassion and a friendly smile. This type of care is very important when one is feeling down. Were prompt and on time.

I have found all the carers we have had to be very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. They have made my days much easier. I look forward to their visits, and they brighten my days. My wife always seems brighter when they have been.

I am very grateful to the manager for all she has done for us in arranging my wife's care and my respite period.

I highly recommend and thank CareYourWay for providing 24 hour palliative home care for my sister, who lives alone in a retirement apartment. The carers are outstanding, friendly, skilled, trustworthy and respectful. They go well beyond the call of duty in responding to my sister’s every wish and need.
The management team are knowledgeable and approachable. They have a good working relationship with other healthcare professionals, who can provide medical expertise, advice on the adaptation of the home and the provision of aids and equipment as needed. Advice on entitlement to financial allowances is also available.

The wonderful care my sister is receiving enables her to relax at home, in a peaceful, loving environment, and for me, living at a distance, to have confidence in her well being and security.

I was most impressed by the standard of personal care I received from 'CareYourWay' over the months of May and June 2023. The carers generally arrived on time and all of them were pleasant and friendly people who helped me get into and out of bed and also with washing. They did other things like taking out the recycling and emptying my dishwasher.
I had to deal with the office staff once or twice and they too were efficient and courteous.

One thing I would suggest is making sure that every carer gives the client their name when entering the house or flat - 'hello, it's...' - since the client may not always remember the carer's name and would have to ask.

Dedicated to providing an outstanding quality of life for those living at home, and empowering those within the local community, Sobia's passion, dedication and commitment to setting industry standards have informed the quality of service provided in the Hertfordshire & Harpenden area.

Recognising the importance of working with its local community, Sobia's desire to work with local businesses to combat loneliness and isolation, whilst greatly improving local care standards, has forged her path in care. In 2022, Sobia is launching events across Hertfordshire & Harpenden, focused on growing local inclusivity. As a key member of the Hertfordshire care community, Sobia aims to raise the bar within the national standards of outstanding care at home.
