I am very happy with the carers that look after my dad. I feel confident that Dad is in good hands and this gives me comfort and confidence to try and live my life without worry for Dad. All staff are very professional and friendly. All feedback is dealt with without delay. CareYourWay has remained 100% reliable (even in the snow). Well done to all. A big thank you to you all.

In my experience, the young ladies who come to assist me wash and dress, empty my commode and generally clear up for me and once helped me find my pills are very kind and efficient. They are a pleasure to have in my home.

Staff visiting clients in their homes are supported by immediate digital contact with their administrative office, should the need arise for advice or in an emergency situation. Visiting times to clients, once agreed, are strictly observed.

Carers are very friendly and helpful. My mother couldn't start the day any better. They help her wash, dress and wash-up. She is also very appreciative of some company every morning. This help has been fundamental in maintaining her independence.

Mum is very satisfied with all the carers who have visited her. They are polite and friendly and take the time to get to know Mum, so take care of her needs and always ask if there is anything else they can help assist with. She feels very comfortable and satisfied with the care provided. They are very respectful, know their job and are very caring, so they have been very well-trained. They never seem to be clock-watching and always take their shoes off! Well done, and thank you; it's a weight off the family's mind to know Mum is looked after well and safe.

We have been delighted with the care provided for Mum. Having a regular team has enabled her to begin to form relationships with her carers and feel that she is understood. Nothing is too much trouble and everyone has been really friendly and attentive to her needs. Thank you!

Cannot fault the care given. Pre-visit to Mum in the care home, everything was discussed in a friendly and positive way. Care was arranged easily and the manager was brilliant in taking my calls and easing my worries as Mum was returning home after a very lengthy hospital stay. All the carers were first-class, communication was excellent and I would highly recommend CareYourWay to anyone looking for first-class care at a very competitive price.
