RTS I'm giving you a good review, as regards for the care for my mother, I really appreciate your services and it's a great help to myself and my family. My mum is very thankful for your services, as she would be able to do it all herself, cleaning, laundry, making food/getting food without your help.
I would like to make you aware of your staff that helps my mum with everyday tasks, I would like to thank them very much for the support, and I would like to thank RTS for the great service and support

The Carers continue to help/support my brother & keep me updated on his situation.
It gives me peace of mind, knowing I can rely on them to monitor him on a daily basis.
I would recommend the service they provide.

RTS Healthcare Services have been profession working along with us, reliable and compassionate to the needs of the client. RTS is responsive and flexible in covering shifts when required. Follows the support plan well and this has had a positive impact on the client. RTS is also able to engage the client

My carer is fantastic. I feel like she is an angel sent for me at the right time. I had completely lost control of my life because of alcohol. My carer has q big heart and is patient even when I am not very cooperative. Now I feel like I am on the path to taking back control of my life. I wish I had
control over her pay, then I would make sure that she is paid more.
