Many thanks for coming to visit my father and sit with him for two hours a day. He looked forward to your visit, you were very caring, kind, and considerate and it made a lot of difference to my Father. Cheered him up no end and helped him with his recovery.

Three hours support on Monday mornings for 10 weeks. Very pleasant with carer - kind, understanding, empathetic, intelligent and keen to know about my son and his special needs. Very patient and friendly. Unfortunately, we did not have a contact number for out-of-office hours when had to leave a message to be picked up at 9 am.

I was offered Kent Care by carers support. I have been using this service for 5 weeks. It enables me to either leave my mum in capable hands whilst I go shopping or have assistance and company when I want to take Mum out in her wheelchair where it would be better if there were two people just incase. I have been allocated a carer and have found him to be cheerful, willing, personable, friendly and efficient. I am very pleased with the service.

Very good service. I think it could be extended to maybe a bit of gardening i.e. weeds as that is very painful for me to do, so it would be of great help for the staff member to be able to help with this task. It would also be useful for someone to let the client know if staff member is not coming.

My husband had no problem with our care, he was just right for us. Fitted in perfectly, we all got on so well which is helpful when you have someone different in your home. We also nicknamed him.

The carer is excellent. He is patient, kind and interested in what my father has to say. In addition, my father says that he finds the carer very interesting to talk to and that he is happy to converse on a range of different subjects. He is always friendly and immediately greets my father when he arrives. He seats himself close enough to my father for Dad to hear him (Dad is hard of hearing) and in Dad's eyeline too. This may seem a small thing, but it makes a world of difference and is indicative of a naturally kind and considerate person. Dad liked him from the start and every week he looks forward to seeing him. Mum and I can relax knowing that my father is in safe and capable hands whilst we're not there. We always ask Dad what he talked about with the carer and he tells us that they chat about all sorts - my dad suffers from dementia so keeping his brain active is essential. We can't sing the carer's praises enough and hope that he will continue to visit Dad.

Did a thorough clean of bathroom, kitchen and bedrooms, also sitting room. Was cheerful and did what was asked of him.

The operative is friendly, helpful, diligent, and always ready to help with any extra little jobs that might occur. I would thoroughly recommend it to any future potential customer.
