I will start by saying that it is very difficult to give an accurate review because I suffer from perfectionism, which makes giving a balanced review difficult. I am grateful for the assistance I have received, which has helped in keeping my flat under control. Maybe a little extra attention to detail would improve the overall experience and empty mop buckets before leaving.

I am very happy with the service supplied by my dearie. He is always polite and very helpful and does an excellent job.

Kent Care Consultants are polite and efficient. The manager is very approachable and supportive. Our personal assistant is always smart, presentable, polite and respectful. Removes shoes in the house. Engages with my mother using eye contact, hand / body gestures and facial expressions which add weight to speech, helping with communication. Assistant is willing to please. He is flexible during the visits, including enabling my mum to access the community and joining-in with two types of the dementia therapeutic activity groups. Also escorts my mum to other places she likes to visit too, such as the café, and gaining a little exercise. Our P.A. is keen to lean more about my mother's medical problems, including Alzheimer's disease frontal variant (procedural activities are difficult), Parkinsonism and Acute Akinesia. We are intending to meet other assistants from Kent Care Consultants with a view of building a shared care plan.

Kent Care Consultants was very professional in answering all my questions and was understanding during the assessment for my dad. Please pass on our thanks to the carers and organisers who have all been friendly, caring, professional, flexible and understanding. They helped dad to remain living in his own home for as long as possible and gave us the comfort and reassurance that he was being looked after when we couldn't be with him. We couldn't have done it without them.
