Overall Experience
Early days but I feel the communication from a particular staff member and everyone I have communicated with in the office has been excellent, especially in these early anxious moments of establishing a care package. Nothing has been too much trouble.
I have met a couple of my brother's carers and they have been reassuring and informative.
