Caring and supportive staff, I would recommend them to anyone in need of home care, they are exceptional. They completely changed my friend's life, even now he is with them, being supported in his home.
My dad has very complex care needs arising from advanced Parkinsons with dementia, and a couple of months ago our previous care company served notice - they could not cope with my dad's needs. This coincided with a dramatic worsening in my mum's health and the thought of changing carers was very traumatic for her.
However from day 1 Passionate Helping Hands have been absolutely amazing. All PHH staff are cheerful and professional, they take time with my dad and have already built a great rapport with him. Their cleanliness standards are beyond immaculate, and for the first time in years my mum is able to stop worrying about how she is going to cope with my dad's needs.
Two members of staff in particular take staff training very seriously, and regularly monitor them. They look after staff really well, and importantly pay well recognising the value of carers
The service provided by Passionate Helping Hands for my husband is excellent. The carer is very efficient while also being very caring. The quality of the care given is of the highest standard with very good hygiene standards. The carer is always cheerful and also, consistently punctual. I highly recommend this provider.
Passionate Helping Hands came to our rescue in a short space of time. We had gone with the provider attending. But their prompt attendance was so so good the staff are so friendly, cheerful and thorough in their care. They plan their time well, not rushing and leaving some tasks. They are passionate about care as the name suggests. One of their carers is exceptionally good. My mum is so grateful that we have her as our main carer. The management team is equally good with very good listening. This is a great team, very caring. Thank you
