Overall Experience 2.0 out of 5
I have been with this firm for the last 6 months and since I have been with them my health has gone down. The home carers never listen to me. It feels like I'm only allowed to talk when I'm spoken to. I do have difficulty understanding what they are saying because I have low hearing. Sometimes I say
things and and they take it the wrong way. Because I say it they refuse to talk to me, which adds wood to the fire. This makes me feel very low and depressed. They can't cook what I ask them to and my eating has reduced. The carers do say they have difficulty understanding me.
The office has no out of hours contact number so if you call out of hours you cannot contact them. It doesn't go automatically to out of hours like other care agencies.
