We discovered MK 24/7 Care while searching for self-funded care for my elderly mother, who has Alzheimer's but remains active and eager to maintain her independence. As we had never used a care company before, we were unsure of what to expect. However, our experience with MK 24/7 Care has been nothing
short of outstanding. The communication is excellent, with regular updates after each visit that allow us to address any concerns raised. We've occasionally needed to make last-minute changes to the visit schedule, and this has always been accommodated, even extending visits when necessary. My Mum tends to have the same carers and genuinely enjoys their time together; we refer to these visits as companion visits, as they provide support with daily tasks while helping her maintain her independence. The caregivers are caring and thoughtful, and the administration is handled seamlessly. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend MK 24/7 Care for anyone in need of compassionate and reliable care.
