Overall Experience

The initial request for service was for assistance in washing and dressing each morning. This was arranged extremely rapidly, with a home visit in advance of the service commencing. The client was immediately at ease with the carer, who is patient and attentive, with a kindly manner, but who maintains a dignified and professional demeanour. After the client suffered a bout of illness the service was extended to include assistance in preparing for sleep at night. The client was delighted to have the same carer for this service, with whom the client has developed a comfortable and trusting rapport. A review was conducted by the care provider at the end of the first month and the client remains very happy with the service being delivered. Administration of the service is prompt and documentation is generally clear, but any queries that have arisen have been promptly addressed.

There should be another column added: Outstanding! Every one of the carers is kind compassionate hardworking and most importantly motivated and motivational. The difference between the previous agency and Elixonn is noticeable and my multi-stoke husband has responded accordingly. Well done and thank you.

We had to get emergency cover for evening care for my mother-in-law who has dementia when her husband went into hospital.
I was contacted by a lady who arranged to meet me. She turned up early and asked all the relevant questions she needed to know about my mother-in-law.
I got a text the next morning with an update on the evening.
This carer made us feel at ease and safe and my mother-in-law felt the same, she was just so lovely.
I even got a phone call after my father-in-law came out asking how everything was. Thank you for your help and kindness.

Great company.
