My son has been in this assisted living since February 2025.
The care he's having is outstanding. Showing dignity and empathy on all levels. I was heartbroken to say the least that my son has ended up in Care. Since he has been in assisted living and had around the clock care he's so at peace. Happy. He looks so clean. Even when we collect him for small family gatherings he's so happy and ready to go back. The staff are truly wonderful and us as a family feel truly blessed he's being looked after here. We can't thank them enough. I'm the mother of my daughter who is a resident at one of First Connect's placements. I just want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the incredible care and support my daughter has received since moving from the hospital to this placement. The transition was handled with professionalism and compassion. It was a difficult time for us but the team at First Connect made sure she settled in comfortably ensuring she had everything she needed to feel safe and supported. My daughter is well-being since leaving the hospital has been remarkable. Thanks to the dedicated staff and the wonderful Manager, she has made significant progress, both physically and mentally.
