I'll like to express my heartfelt gratitude to First Connect for the outstanding care and support they have provided for my brother. From beginning, the team has been exceptional, always communicating clearly and keeping our family involved every step of the way, whether it's about appointments, updates
or daily progress. My brother had been in hospital for so long and when we learned he would be moving into assisted living, I was understandably apprehensive as he had never lived away from home. The transition was handled with such professionalism and compassion that it quickly put our minds at ease. It's the best thing that could have happened for his care. We have complete trust in the staffs and that is a wonderful feeling to have. Their commitment, kindness and attention to detail have made a remarkable difference in his wellbeing and happiness. On behalf of our family, I thank the team for their unwavering dedication, continued support and involvement in his care. We are grateful.

I'm the mother of my daughter who is a resident at one of First Connect's placements. I just want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the incredible care and support my daughter has received since moving from the hospital to this placement. The transition was handled with professionalism and compassion.
It was a difficult time for us but the team at First Connect made sure she settled in comfortably ensuring she had everything she needed to feel safe and supported. My daughter is well-being since leaving the hospital has been remarkable. Thanks to the dedicated staff and the wonderful Manager, she has made significant progress, both physically and mentally. The level of care and attention she receives daily has truly made a positive impact on her overall health. Seeing her regain her confidence and happiness has been such a relief as a mother. Thanks to First Connect for their unwavering support. I deeply appreciate everything they have done for her and continue to do.

My transition from hospital to their placement was made seamless by their caring and professional approach. The team ensured that I felt comfortable and supported in every aspect of my life
Through
their encouragement and guidance, I returned and completed my studies at Southwark College. The staff at First Connect are not just professional but genuinely caring. The Manager in particular has been exceptionally supportive, going above and beyond to help me achieve my goals. A significant milestone was securing a one-year work placement with Transport for London (TFL) which was made possible through the unwavering assistance of the Manager and the team
Compared to my previous placement, the positive contributions First Connect has made to my physical and mental health are remarkable. The safe and nurturing environment they provide has been crucial to my progress and well-being.
