Excellent care agency really can not do enough for our mother nothing is too much trouble even at short notice very caring and compassionate the bast care agency we have had it's takes the pressure off having someone who understands the problem we have and listening to us it's so important with our mother illness and she really looks forward to seeing them all lovely and the manager he's very kind and nothing is too much trouble he really goes above and beyond to help our family thankyou all.

The management team are helpful and approachable quickly dealing with issues or questions I raise.

The carers are very kind and polite. They follow all instructions given. They show respect to mum. They always make sure she is clean and happy. If there is something to report they leave a note and vice versa and it is resolved quickly. If there was an app for me to download, then I feel I would know more. For example what she has eaten.

Mum was also left in dangerous positions in her bed despite the manager being given the correct procedures to follow due to choking concerns by the frailty nurse.
Mum was also given the wrong inhaler on numerous occasions and failing to flag the wrong inhaler had been supplied was also an issue, she was also given the wrong dose of medication and sometimes not at all. Mum's fingernails and toenails were in a terrible state. Ultimately I had to make a safeguarding complaint which resulted in A&R being removed.
