I found care, carers, and all staff I dealt with extremely helpful in the time I was trying to keep my husband at home. Sadly he is now in a care home but again I found staff In Friendship so helpful it made it a lot easier to deal with.

Having no previous experience of support services, I am unable to make comparison with any other company; however, what I can say with integrity is that 'In Frienship' have, without failure, made every effort to help, assist and care for both my husband and myself. During October, I was most grateful when a delightful lady drove us to attend a hospital appointment and looked after my husband whilst I was otherwise engaged, thereby relieving me of worry and reducing my anxiety too!

It is no exaggeration to say that my husband and I have both benefited enormously from the kindness of his 'companion', who takes him on an adventure every Friday. The outings vary according to weather conditions, but he receives the stimulation needed, and I very much appreciate the respite.

This valuable service, could not operate so efficiently without the professional organisational skills and training of the management and admin staff, who have been equally caring and supportive to us both.

Such a kind and considerate review, this is exactly why we setup In Friendship. We strive to be more than your average care company, it's all about connection, trust and friendship which we get in abundance during our visits. Thanks for trusting our company to support you both :-)

In Friendship, have been a brilliant support. I particularly like the app where I can check visit reports and the fact that any issues are reported promptly.

The carers are all friendly and caring and genuinely enjoy their jobs. Great service.

First started using In Friendship in September 2025 and have been very impressed and happy with their service for my Mum. The carers are superb and are a small group who visit which we appreciate as Mum gets used to seeing the same faces over the week. I am able to log in and see the comments made by the carers on their visits and can tell that they are engaging with Mum and doing a great job of making sure she has all she needs and has regular social interaction. I am especially impressed with the way In Friendship keeps me in the loop with any possible issues they identify as this reassures me that Mum is receiving the best service possible. Mum has always been very anti having anyone "in her house" to help but I know that she is gradually adjusting and accepting of the carers who are excellent at making a connection with Mum. I would recommend In Friendship to anyone who is looking for similar help.

It's fair to say that we all absolutely adore your Mum. It's taken a little while for the trust to build but each visit is better than the last and the team all look forward to the next. Thak you for choosing our company to support your Mum, it's such a pleasure.

The carers are excellent. Kind, caring and very friendly. Always on time and never rush off. I like the fact that we have two carers and always the same ones. Cannot fault the Carers or the Home Care Provider. I can go out and know that my husband is well looked after.

I have been so impressed with In Friendship and highly recommend them. The care and companionship offered to my Dad is truly enhancing his life, and as a family we are very grateful for all the support he has been given. My Dad can be shy of new people, but within the first visit it was clear that he was very happy, and the weekly visits soon became twice a week. He has great trust in the lovely carer who visits him, and when there was a substitute visit over Christmas, he really enjoyed meeting her too. He is supported in shopping, going to appointments, getting his laundry done and other tasks, but also supported emotionally. Thank you so much for the highly professional service you provide.

In Friendship provided invaluable support to my mother who suffered with dementia visiting once/twice a week over a two year period. I cannot praise the team enough. The owner listened and scheduled carer visits that took into consideration my mother's needs. The team became an extended part of our family - they were professional, friendly, caring, enthusiastic and always in tune with my mother's wishes. My mother thoroughly enjoyed her carer's visits (whether it was staying at home (colouring, chatting with a cup of tea) or going out to visit local places (shopping trips, garden centres, pottery centres) and she always had a good laugh. I would not hesitate to recommend In Friendship.

In Friendship are a lovely service that have provided help and support to my elderly mother in the mild stages of dementia. They have helped her with many personal and domestic tasks she was struggling with including shopping, taking care of her pet dog and going on outings. Due to the dementia and other circumstances my mother has lost touch with most of her social contacts. As a family we do not all live close by so In Friendship's visits in the week have provided her with much needed social contact and companionship. She loved being taken on the outings, such as visits to a cafe or walking her small dog in a scenic spot. Thank you so much for all your support!

We have been really pleased with the care and friendship that all the staff have given my father. He enjoys the visits and the outings. I've been very happy with the contact and response from the management team as well. The carers and the management have made my father's late life with Alzheimer's more bearable for him but also for us as we know he is in professional and kind hands. We would be very happy to recommend In friendship Home care.

In Friendship have been supporting us with relief care break cover for a couple of years now. The team are professional, experienced and very supportive. They take my sister out for walks, shopping trips, visits to garden centres etc, always taking time to stop and have a coffee and a chat. My sister really looks forward to her trips out, the team are lovely, friendly and caring. Genuinely looking after her interest, always happy to help out with appointments and trips to pharmacy. My sister has dementia and can be a bit challenging at times. We would happily recommend them and are really grateful for their support.

In May 2023, my father needed some companionship, so I contacted In friendship. The owner was very professional and listened to what was required, then followed up with a visit to meet and assess my Dad's requirements, then set up a visit twice a week. Now we're in March 2025 and due to advancing dementia, Dad now has 2 visits daily with a team of 8 ladies. They clean, prepare meals, do his shopping, assist with showering, check meds are taken and do exercises, which have greatly reduced his swollen legs. All this and they make him laugh and get him singing too!

There is an online portal, where I can see 'diary' of his visits. All staff receive regular training and are DBS checked. Communication with the management team is regular, keeping me informed of changes to staff, reporting issues with Dad and answering queries I may have. An excellent Company that I have recommended to many people.

The last two years have flown by! Your Dad is very much loved by the whole team, every interaction is as enjoyable as the last. A true gentleman of his era, with a twinkle in his eye. We're so incredibly pleased you reached out to us in 2023, it is still such a privilege to be a part of your Dad's life and that of his incredible family. Thank you.

We needed extra support for my mum last year whilst she was recovering from an operation. They provided the most wonderful care for her and really took the time to listen to her individual needs. This was such a lifesaver for myself at the time as I felt guilty that I couldn't provide full care myself due to work commitments but mum felt so comfortable with the team that it put me at ease immediately. Thank you to you all for an amazing service and we would not hesitate to use again or recommend.

Their carer from In Friendship has been providing companion support to mum and dad four times each week for over six months. She is extremely diligent and hardworking and takes her role very seriously. She treats mum and dad like family, with respect and humour, offering a listening ear. Her support to the wider family has been invaluable and she keeps me updated on their well-being after every visit. She takes mum and dad to various appointments every month, supports them with shopping, plans an engaging range of outings or simply sits with them at home and chats over tea and cake. Thanks to their carer, I feel that I can be a son again rather than mum and dad's carer. I would recommend In Friendship to anyone without reservation.

This was our first experience of seeking support for my husband who suffers from a degenerative neurological condition. We really didn't know what to expect and my husband was very anxious about allowing someone new into our home. However, from the first telephone conversation I had with In Friendship, I was reassured that we were in safe hands. The time and attention they took to ask questions about my husband, find out about his life before getting sick, his interests and habits, meant they were able to find the right match to provide support as his PA. His carer has been absolutely amazing in making my husband feel comfortable and at ease - she has made such a difference not just to my husband's life but also to mine and the whole family's (we have two children still at home). Caring and compassionate, reliable and professional, it is not an exaggeration to say that the support from In Friendship has been life changing for all of us.

Our experience of In Friendship Home Care has been positive from the outset.
It was a pleasure to deal with someone warm and friendly, sensitive and professional.
We developed a mutual respect and confidence and always felt heard and attended to to the best of their ability.
The contract was clear and unambiguous and adhered to, despite staff shortages. And we were blessed with an exceptional carer who has become a valued and much loved member of our family for her unfailing and comprehensive support in every aspect of our needs - from personal care to household needs, secretarial efficiency and IT, TV, and administrative support at every level - from daily needs to accounting and banking support in an entirely professional and discreet manner.
A very young, utterly reliable and responsible carer and a remarkable human being.
A credit to her care agency and their appreciation of her qualities.

Thank you, In Friendship. A well deserved name!
