One of the most important aspects of care for my mother is the reliability of the carers: they should arrive on time, preferably only two or three different carers and the carers should be patient with her dementia symptoms. In all these respects, Rosemil have been excellent. The girls are well trained, patient and deliver a high level of care. The organisation also seems to be extremely well run and clearly puts the needs of its clients to the forefront. Communication is excellent and they are very approachable. We have been very happy with the service provided so far.

All the carers have overlooked some of the tasks i.e. tissues left in pockets in the washing machine. Overflow kettle tray. Just for carers to remember clothes which are going in washing machine must be checked and also kettles must monitor for overflow so these mistakes don't happen again. Otherwise good job by all the staff.

The team stood in for our usual carer who was on leave. At this time, unfortunately, Mum took a turn for the worse, and within minutes of this happening they were on the phone to us. (We do not live locally). Emergency services arrived quickly and Mum was assessed and an additional care package was put in place with Doctors visiting, tests undertaken, and the jet team involved.
Without these amazing carers, Mum would have suffered distress.

I was referred to Rosemil Care initially for temporary services, but after 3 days, I decided to continue long-term. The carers are attentive and compassionate. They treat me with respect and dignity, and I feel safe and cared for. They are very efficient in meeting all of my needs and also remembering specific details of home tasks.
