I would definitely recommend them.

One of the most important aspects of care for my mother is the reliability of the carers: they should arrive on time, preferably only two or three different carers and the carers should be patient with her dementia symptoms. In all these respects, Rosemil have been excellent. The girls are well trained, patient and deliver a high level of care. The organisation also seems to be extremely well run and clearly puts the needs of its clients to the forefront. Communication is excellent and they are very approachable. We have been very happy with the service provided so far.

Love this company they will do anything to help you as much as they can . My cares are great .the best part is sky get your own carers . We been with a few and this is the best. The cares are great not had any problems with them . They are always there for you they make my life 100% better . The whole of Rosemil care,are always here to help you and the mager of the care team as well she is great . If you are looking for the best care and wanted carers for your mum dad or any family members I would 100% chose roseemil care these are the best.

Excellent support and professionally trained staff. Constant support whenever needed. Looking ahead for long term association and service. Highly recommended for all services. Very agile and adaptable and most importantly trust worthy.

All the carers have overlooked some of the tasks i.e. tissues left in pockets in the washing machine. Overflow kettle tray. Just for carers to remember clothes which are going in washing machine must be checked and also kettles must monitor for overflow so these mistakes don't happen again. Otherwise good job by all the staff.

From the first call I had with her, the care manager made me feel comfortable and safe and offered me so much relief during a difficult time, which she continues to do daily. I have experienced many care agencies, and by far Rosemil is my favourite as the carers genuinely care and I really really appreciate that deeply.
