Andrea has been an absolute font of knowledge. Her level of professionalism is beyond any that I've seen. She advocates on mums behalf continuously and that has improved the level of care that we've been able to provide for mum. The carers themselves are always so polite and professional but also being friendly which makes mum so relaxed in their care. Can't thank the team enough because being able to trust them to do the best for mum has made this situation just that much more bearable.

We cannot thank Rosemil Care enough for the exceptional care and support they have provided to our mother, who has advanced dementia. From the very beginning, the entire team has demonstrated an outstanding level of compassion, professionalism, and expertise that has given our family tremendous reassurance during a challenging time. The carers are consistently caring, knowledgeable, and attentive to our mother's individual needs. They always arrive on time, are organised and well-prepared, and approach every visit with kindness, patience, and respect. What has particularly impressed us is their ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and respond promptly to the needs of both our mother and our family. Their flexibility and understanding have made a significant difference to our daily lives.
We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to the manager of Rosemil Care, whose support has been truly exceptional. We are incredibly grateful for their excellent work.

One of the most important aspects of care for my mother is the reliability of the carers: they should arrive on time, preferably only two or three different carers and the carers should be patient with her dementia symptoms. In all these respects, Rosemil have been excellent. The girls are well trained, patient and deliver a high level of care. The organisation also seems to be extremely well run and clearly puts the needs of its clients to the forefront. Communication is excellent and they are very approachable. We have been very happy with the service provided so far.

Just for carers to remember clothes which are going in washing machine must be checked and also kettles must monitor for overflow so these mistakes don't happen again. Otherwise good job by all the staff.

If you ever need a reference, feedback, or a testimony to support you and your service we are more than happy to help.
The team stood in for our usual carer who was on leave. At this time, unfortunately, Mum took a turn for the worse, and within minutes of this happening they were on the phone to us. (We do not live locally). Emergency services arrived quickly and Mum was assessed and an additional care package was put in place with Doctors visiting, tests undertaken, and the jet team involved.
Without these amazing carers, Mum would have suffered distress.
If we are ever in need again you will always be our first port of call.

I was referred to Rosemil Care initially for temporary services, but after 3 days, I decided to continue long-term. The carers are attentive and compassionate. They treat me with respect and dignity, and I feel safe and cared for. They are very efficient in meeting all of my needs and also remembering specific details of home tasks. The manager goes above and beyond, incredibly invested in making sure clients receive the highest quality of care. Her ability to match clients and carers is amazing. She checks in regularly, accommodating, always addressing any needs, or concerns promptly. I appreciate the personalised care plan tailored to my specific requirements. As a young person, the flexibility Rosemil provides makes me feel at ease when accessing my community. She has such a genuine investment in making sure the care given is of the highest standard.
