I want to commend Herts healthcare for excellent service to my friend at a time that she desperately needed this kind of support. Her Carers were brilliant in supporting her and showed concern about her well being, not just the tasks they were there to help with. The office staff were helpful when I
called last minute to make a change with her visits because of a hospital appointment that came up suddenly.
Thank you Herts staff for your professionalism.

Outstanding, amazing, helpful, and caring everything you need in a care agency. My friend has so much confidence and has a new lease of life. It's wonderful to see how much she has improved since leaving the hospital. Thank you all

I've had great service, help and support. My son has ADHD and suspected Autism. I wasn't sure how to cope with day to day challenges and becoming overwhelmed. I've been given the guidance, support and knowledge to help me create a calmer home environment. All support was given in a very caring, calming
and understanding nature.

The care I've had from July 2024 to the present time December 2024 after my prostate op and follow-up procedures has been more than excellent. Thoroughly recommend the manager and her nurse. They have never let me down once.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Home Care Provider is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 5.000 for Herts Healthcare Ltd is calculated as follows: ( (23 Excellents x 5) ) ÷ 23 Ratings = 5
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5').

    The 5 points available are broken down as follows: 3 points for the first Positive Review, 2 points in total for each of the next 9 Positive Reviews (1st = 3, 2nd = 0.5, 3rd = 0.5, 4th = 0.25, 5th = 0.25, 6th = 0.1, 7th = 0.1, 8th = 0.1, 9th = 0.1, 10th = 0.1)

The 5 points relating to the number of Positive Reviews for Herts Healthcare Ltd is based on 4 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as follows: 3 + 0.5 + 0.5 + 0.25 = 4.25
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Home Care Provider does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
