Bimkel Çare Limited is a domiciliary care provider in Hemel Hempstead. The team is made up of trained nurses and mental health practitioners who provide support for people age 18 onward to live a fulfilling lives in their homes, regardless of their illness.

They are trained to understand your needs and to ensure that they provide person-centred care for you. They will treat you as family, they will listen to you and provide service that will meet your needs. Staff hold essential certifications to do their jobs and receive ongoing training. All staff are DBS checked and have excellent communication skills. They are happy to facilitate you needs, they will listen to you and do what you want.

An initial intervention will require the team to assess your needs. They will then meet as a team and discuss how they can meet your needs. Once a decision is made, they will get back to you. They will work with you to create a care plan, assess risks and create risk management and contingency plan with you. You will have access to their phone number and you can call the service at any time, even during the night, their staff will be there to provide advice and support. You will not be left alone.

You will have an allocated worker. You will be informed ahead of time if your worker is not going to be around and they will make sure to provide you with another staff that will meet your needs.
