we used this service for my mum in her last week of life Amy came and was so lovely , she did a fantastic assessment and was so helpful at a very confusing and upsetting time , she arranged a profiling bed that really helped my mum and I felt listened to

I can't praise Amy and the service enough

Overall Experience

So relieved, we found a service provider that listened to what mum needed and matched the perfect PA to mum. Routes care package was just what was needed, tailored to the specific requirements we needed. Mum loves Deborah who was matched to mum, she's fitted in so well. Great communication keeping us in the loop. App so easy to use too. Well done Routes, and thank you.

Overall Experience
Your carers were absolutely amazing in the care I witnessed for my poorly Uncle. They made his last days on this earth comfortable and their compassion and empathy is to be commended.
My Aunty would have struggled without your service which also meant that my Uncle could stay at home with loved ones surrounding him in his own environment.
I flew from Australia to assist my family at this time and I met some of your friendly staff.

I am truly thankful for the support that you provided for my UK family in their hardest moments.

Overall Experience

When the carer's first came from Routes in mid October 25 they instantly put my mind at ease ,after trying to look after my lovely husband ( who was very ill 24/7 ) i was beginning to think that I would have to go back on my promise to keep him at home because I could not manage the care he needed any more . Every one of the carer's who came 3 time's a day until boxing day night were, without exception absolutely brilliant , really caring professional people for whom nothing was too much trouble I thank them all from the bottom of my heart. .

Overall Experience
As part of the Palative care discharge from hospital the service of 2 carers was provided for 4 visits a day.
The assigned ladies provided a caring digified professional service communicating with the client at all times evan during periods when verbal response was not possible contributing to ensuring that the client was comfortable.

I am very greatful for the support they provided during a very difficult time.

Overall Experience

All the carers were kind and thoughtful. Nothing was ever too much trouble. We never felt they were rushing. My husband enjoyed their visits. I would recommend this service to anyone requiring home care.
