The carers looking after my dad were truly a credit to themselves and your company. I know 2 of their names were Becka and Rhiannan. Nothing was ever 2 much hassle and they made dad feel as though he wasn't just a number.
The whole family are truly truly fearful of thee work the lasses done.

My mam gets four calls a day from yourselves and I would just like to say how lovely all the staff is especially Charlotte and Karissa as there level of care towards my mam is outstanding and they always make sure my mam is happy and content before they leave her. They always go above and beyond with
the care and we cannot them enough. We are forever grateful to have routes as my mams main carers.

These girls were amazing , not only were they professional and did everything for my mam but they also listened to me and my worries and anxiety nothing was too much for them I would and have highly recommended them to everyone I know .I will never forget their patience and kindness.
