The care mum has had from Eleanor has been excellent since she had a very bad fall a year ago. I have not had any cause to complain and neither has mum. The carers are always helpful and indeed some have become mums friends. The app means I can read a report on mums latest visit to see how she is but
if there is any thing more urgent, the office will always be in touch.

The care my father received was absolutely superb. The staff were exceptional and kind and treated him with such dignity. They were so patient and always had time to listen to lots of past memories of his life. We cannot thank the team enough.
