My experience of the carers are all good.

Lydia was good, she seemed very experienced & did a good job showering & dressing my husband. She was professional & caring & I would be happy for her to come again.

The present routine for my husband is excellent. Having regular carers is proving very reassuring. Would be helpful if the app allowed communication from us.

Friendly, helpful carers, always have a smile and I have no complaints. I would recommend Eleanor Social Care to others.

I cannot fault the carers that have looked after my husband. They are kind, respectful and cheerful. They are very conscientious and have made everything easy for me.

Overall, since using Eleanor Care, we have had a very good experience; the majority of carers enlighten my mum's day, with conversation, singing, and laughing. If any issues arise, carers very good Eleanor's office staff fast to respond if need to talk and discuss anything, carers report straight away if mum unwell - great service even makes mum's dog feel special, very satisfied with mum's care.

I find the carers very good and considerate.

We have been using this service since December 2024, apart from a few teething problems at first I now find it quite good. The staff are very helpful and friendly but very overworked. The office staff sometimes causes problems with the allocation of visiting times of carers, but overall the service is good.

I am writing to you because I did have a girl do my shopping but didn't go to the shop I like. I have a home help and they don't care for me or take care of me when I ask them to do my shopping. I find them don't go to the shop I like a certain supermarket not have a good girl that does my shopping. I like a certain supermarket if I can get the service. I used to get 3 hour a week for shopping and now I get 1 hour a week. I gave them mini cab money like £11.00 to come back from the shop w. When the care is good I do not mind paying for the mini cab fare the care supervise me as I take medicine. I hope you can understand this letter

I am happy with this care agency. The communicate respectfully and care about their clients needs. The carers are pleasant and and proficient in their interactions with my mother. She is also happy with the carers and how they conduct themselves.

The office staff are helpful and make good efforts to provide solutions when necessary. We are both happy with the agency.

The carers were all very friendly and took an interest in me as well as my health. One day when I was a bit down and weepy the carer was very supportive and understanding. They seemed to appreciate it is hard to be living on your own after being widowed. We talked about family backgrounds and my other interests including piano and gardening. Very good service but always arrive too late in the morning and mostly too early at night.

My widowed Dad's carer was initially engaged when my father fell over at home, resulting in temporary mobility impairment. My Dad is a very independent, and at times stubborn person, who up to this point refused any outside assistance, however when the carer arrived it was clear he was taken by her kind nature and bubbly personality and when I suggested that she continue to visit him he agreed. It has now been over a year since the carer began visiting my Dad, and although he will not allow her to do anything other than check he has taken his tablets, make a cup of tea and chat with him! it is a great relief to know that on those 2 days he is enjoying engaging with someone who shows a genuine interest in what he has to say. My Dad is in the early stages of dementia and has on occasions left the house when the carer visits, when this happens the lovely office staff notify me immediately, whilst the carer searches the local vicinity. Thank you for bringing some light into my Dad's life!

We have found the lady to be very good and caring in all aspects of her duties. Very pleasant experience.

One of our carers stood out. She was always happy, friendly and chatty. She was the only one who would make my husband do a few exercises. We both felt she was very experienced & knowledgeable. All our other carers were very good. They all made a difficult and daunting experience much easier.
