Organising care was straightforward and the office staff were helpful and informative.
Care experienced by my relative so far has been good. It is very helpful for me to access his care visits via the app as my relative is unable to give sufficient feedback in person.
All the carers I have met have
been lovely and treat my relative with respect and dignity.

My mum has Alzheimer's and vascular Dementia, we chose Eleanor carer to help with mum's everyday care. They are lovely lady's that comes to mum, she looks forward to see them everyday. I would highly recommend this company to everyone, they are so good with my mum.

I love all of the carers and managers. They are very caring and helpful. They always ask if you need anything. I couldn't wish for better carers and the managers always make sure if you are getting enough support. They are all so very lovely. I could have wished for better carers and manger of the care

Eleanor nursing and social care have recently taken over providing personal care for my husband from another provider and the difference is like chalk and cheese. Although it's early days yet , my husband sees the same carer regularly and I've been assured that care should be with a small pool of carers
which is such a change from the previous company and really improves the standard of care my husband gets. Carers seem well trained and willing to listen arriving on time and are smartly turned out. I am also impressed by the branch managers. They are polite, professional and supportive which for me has not been my experience with the other provider. So far so good but I hope to be able to work with this company for many years.

All of the carers are pleasant and friendly. They inform us of any issues or concerns and give advice. The office staff liaise with professional (district nurses etc) to checked on any potential health issues. Overall, it was a great service. The only negative points are a couple of times my mum thought
she had been rushed a bit.

The Manager and her team offer excellent care both for my mum and to help to support my dad. I would recommend them to anyone who needs care. The process was very easy a care assessment completed and they worked to get time for visits that fit for us. The Manager and her team allow my mum to maintain
her dignity and stay with my dad we cannot thank them enough. She always says it's her job, but she shows it's more than that with the diligence and support she offers.

Very polite helpful and efficient and respectful
Nothing to much trouble
Very prompt on time keeping
Very easy to talk to
Have a good knowledge of cleanliness
Only had them for five days but everything seems positive.


Would recommend to anyone needing care.

Eleanor Care became involved with my Mum in November 2024 until the present day. My mum has dementia. The carers have always been polite and very caring and conscientious. The care manager has been excellent. Communicating very well with myself and social when safeguarding issues have arisen. I can

Very good carers with a pro active manager. Nothing is too much trouble and I get exactly the care and support I need and want from them. If I had to find a fault, they did have some staffing issues a couple of months ago but this was resolved quickly and they were very honest and open about their actions
to give continued support during that time. I would thoroughly recommend Eleanor Care they are refreshing in their provision and support.

We had a few teething problems initially, but these were quickly resolved and the staff are lovely and have been great. It must be unusual for them to come across someone with Younger Onset Dementia but they have been really good with my husband who can be a bit tricky himself at times. Very happy with
the service they provide.

Very pleased with Eleanor's Care, A few teething problems but were quickly resolved, Very pleasant and caring carer who administers perfect care for my sister. They offer 100% support and have their own backup to make sure care is always available, Holiday, sickness and accident hours are quickly met

Eleanour Care has been caring for my elderly mum for about nine months now. They come four times per day. Treat my mum with dignity and respect. They are friendly whilst being professional. They cook for my mum and nothing is too much trouble for them. I feel assured that they are caring for her above
and beyond expectations. Should I need to discuss anything with the manager she is always on hand and listens and shows empathy. My mum receives a first-class service with excellent carers whom my mum trusts and feels confident with. We have never been let down and feel at ease with this excellent company. Thank you.

My dad can be very trying at times but the carers do everything they can to help him. He recently had a fall and was found by his carer who took control and saw that he got the medical attention he needed.
I've always found the management team to be very obliging and go above and beyond to help out.
