I just wanted to say I am very pleased with our first visit with Meadow Lodge this morning we were very anxious about starting with a new care company and emotions have been running a little high. The carers were punctual we had two ladies called Donna and Anna very nice and polite carers. They were respectful and polite to my dad introduced them selves did a very thorough job allowing me to have input and show them different things to help them. They made my dad feel at ease talked and listened to him asked him questions and reassured us as a family my dad is in good hands. Thank you

They looked after my mum very well,made sure she was comfy n made snacks for her,an also did a few house jobs.my mum looked forwards to seeing the girls.mum also liked a chat cos she dint see that many people.

I am disabled, and Concept Care has taken care of me for nearly 20 years. In 2018, my husband was diagnosed with blood and bone cancer. He was given 2 weeks to live. With the help of his doctors and myself, and his carers, he is still with us. We have had our ups and downs, but Concept Care girls keep him independent. He can walk and drive. They are always lifting us up when life gets bad. We would not be here if not for them. Even our specialist praises them. They are wonderful. We are so lucky to be with such caring people.

New Concept Care and Nursing provided care for my wife, whilst we were on holiday for 2 weeks. They have done this for some years. Which means we can both have a holiday together. The care they provide is outstanding, the company + carers go above and beyond + are all brilliant. I would 100% recomend NCC+N. Thank you.

I am the father of two adult sons who both are clients with New Concept Care & Nursing. We have been with NCCN for almost 10 years. As I have stated previously we could not manage without there support. The last 18 months we have seen a big improvement with our sons, this we feel is due to the consistency of there team who have been excellent for both lads.

Coming to my home with carers 3 x per day after months in hospital and respite care, I was immediately aware how the carers helped me and continued helping, never failing to attend, even if delayed sometimes!

We cannot thank NCCN enough for the care they provided our mother. We changed from a previous appointment and the difference was so noticeable, carers afforded mum loving care and attention and on many occasions a really good laugh - her needs and concerns were listened to and it completely transformed her quality of life. My daughter's review was in conjunction with her social worker's review. No issues raised, communication good and any issues prior to review dealt with swiftly and effectively. All care staff are of high quality and support my daughter in the things she likes to do.

Mum looks forward to their visits and their company throughout the week this also ensures she has contact with others and more importantly face to face contact. The team are our eyes and ears looking out for Mum when we cannot do that it’s such a relief and reassuring to know that. Nothing is too much trouble for these people help is just a phone call away. For family like myself who do not live close by to elderly parents, it’s a godsend.

They are very caring and take the time to actually ask her what she wants, not just walk in and do the minimum. They also make my life a little easier, so thank you very much.

Mum always felt safe and cared for. The girls made it possible for her to just get on with her day without having to sit for hours after just getting dressed. Helping her keep her independence and showing dignity and respect. Still offering choices even though they knew what she would say. Beautiful girls with hearts of gold and stories to tell. Mum enjoyed the chats. And spoke highly of all.

I have been cared for by Meadow Lodge carers since July having spent 16 weeks in hospital. They have helped me wash, dress and get around my current downstairs bedroom. I have advanced well with their care and now am no longer in need of carers. They have all been very efficient, caring and extremely friendly and approachable. New Concept Care has been involved with the care of my Mum for approximately three years. They give us as a family massive reassurance when we couldn't always be there for her and provided help with practical tasks and good company for Mum. More recently Concept Care were involved in Mum's more difficult care needs. I highly recommend this company and as a family, we are highly satisfied with the service they offer.

The decision to appoint a care providing service for my mam, was no doubt the hardest decision, which brings along anxieties re guilt, doing the right thing, will they be nice to her and protect her dignity etc. I feel blessed and reassured to have such an amazing team in place. Any issues were/are always addressed and sorted out. Carers and main point of contact genuinely carry out their duties as though they are caring for their own loved ones. Their interaction with my mam and myself/family, is commendable. I am definitely reassured to know they raise and act on concerns in my absence, immediately. They forward think and elevate pressures from myself/family, by always recommending, contacting and putting in place the appropriate agencies/services re doctors, physio, SALT team etc. Clearly caring, professional and experienced staff, who chase up all issues and concerns.

Everyone whom I have contact with including ie carers, office staff and the assessment have always been kind, considerate and very helpful. New Concept Care & Nursing have been visiting my mum for over a year. All the carers she has are always helpful, respectful and also very patient with her. It's a weight off me knowing that she is being seen daily when I can't get there as I work long hours.
