They looked after my mum very well,made sure she was comfy n made snacks for her,an also did a few house jobs.my mum looked forwards to seeing the girls.mum also liked a chat cos she dint see that many people.

I am disabled, and Concept Care has taken care of me for nearly 20 years. In 2018, my husband was diagnosed with blood and bone cancer. He was given 2 weeks to live. With the help of his doctors and myself, and his carers, he is still with us. We have had our ups and downs, but Concept Care girls keep
him independent. He can walk and drive. They are always lifting us up when life gets bad. We would not be here if not for them. Even our specialist praises them. They are wonderful. We are so lucky to be with such caring people.

New Concept Care and Nursing provided care for my wife, whilst we were on holiday for 2 weeks. They have done this for some years. Which means we can both have a holiday together. The care they provide is outstanding, the company + carers go above and beyond + are all brilliant. I would 100% recomend

I am the father of two adult sons who both are clients with New Concept Care & Nursing. We have been with NCCN for almost 10 years. As I have stated previously we could not manage without there support. The last 18 months we have seen a big improvement with our sons, this we feel is due to the consistency
of there team who have been excellent for both lads.

Our daughter has lived in supported living for 10 years with two other clients. New Concept Care & Nursing have managed the Individualised Supported Living
and have always supported and listened to us as a family. The staff/carers always treat the clients with respect and dignity and go above and
beyond expectations to give them all a fun happy environment to live in. Thank you.

My daughter's review was in conjunction with her social worker's review. No issues raised, communication good and any issues prior to review dealt with swiftly and effectively. All care staff are of high quality and support my daughter in the things she likes to do.

The care team that visits my mum are amazing, kind and we appreciate their support so much.
Mum looks forward to their visits and their company throughout the week this also ensures she has contact with others and more importantly face to face contact. The team are our eyes and ears looking out for
Mum when we cannot do that it’s such a relief and reassuring to know that. Nothing is too much trouble for these people help is just a phone call away. For family like myself who do not live close by to elderly parents, it’s a godsend.

New Concept Care has been involved with the care of my Mum for approximately three years. They give us as a family massive reassurance when we couldn't always be there for her and provided help with practical tasks and good company for Mum. More recently Concept Care were involved in Mum's more difficult
care needs. I highly recommend this company and as a family, we are highly satisfied with the service they offer.

I have been a service user of New Concept Care and Nursing for twenty years. I can't praise the whole team enough for all the care they have and are still giving me. Everyone whom I have contact with including ie carers, office staff and the assessment have always been kind, considerate and very helpful.
They not only help me physically but mentally too and I know I wouldn't be the same without their continued support. Thank you for your excellent care.

As a family, we have been grateful for the help, advice and continuing support from the carers. My mum got to know the carers and looked forward to their visits. We could not have managed without them. I only wish mum was still able to live at home. I cannot thank them enough, such a lovely bunch of

My mother has had care services from New Concept Care & Nursing for nine years and over that time I have found them to be extremely professional, supportive, kind and respectful. My mother would not be able to manage without them. Also having carers go in relieves a lot of pressure and stress off the
rest of the family as we know she is in capable hands when we're not there to support her ourselves. She loves all the carers too. I would highly recommend New Concept Care & Nursing to any of my friends and families.


My stepfather currently has a care package from New Concept Care & Nursing and I would highly recommend them to anyone. The office staff and carers are so caring and will do anything to help, we honestly don't know what we would do without them.

All the carers are good, some better than others but that is the same in all walks of life. They are all friendly, smart looking and above all, experienced with a great amount of knowledge. It is obvious that they have had a good amount of training in the way they conduct themselves.

My daughter, who has a severe learning disability, moved into supported living 3 years ago with two of her disabled friends. This was the hardest decision of our lives but due to our wonderful, kind caring team of staff supplied by New Concept Care & Nursing, it has transformed our daughter's life and
our lives.
She is so happy and well cared for which had made us relax and accept our decision.
