We cannot thank NCCN enough for the care they provided our mother. We changed from a previous appointment and the difference was so noticeable, carers afforded mum loving care and attention and on many occasions a really good laugh - her needs and concerns were listened to and it completely transformed
her quality of life. OUTSTANDING company and AMAZING people. Thank you so much.

New Concept Care & Nursing have been providing outstanding care for my wife whilst we were on holiday. The whole company go above and beyond to help in any way they can. The management and all the staff are very friendly, helpful and caring. We would highly recommend New Concept Care & Nursing. 10/10.

- Carers are attentive and respectful.
- On the whole regular times are adhered to.
- In case of medical needs, they will contact the doctors or District Nurses.
- Will also leave me regular messages/notes in need of any shopping that I have
forgotten.

I have been using the service for about a year and I am very satisfied with them. They are very kind and also very helpful and caring. It is nice to chat with them as I am housebound and they would do more for me if I needed it.

I have always received first-class care. If I feel ill, the carer will always stay with me to make sure I could manage. If I feel down, the carer will stay and talk to me, sometimes over the time I am allocated.
I will never be able to thank them enough for the care they have shown me.

I have been using New Concept Care & Nursing Ltd for a few years now, and the care I have received is very good. The carers always do the things I ask them to do, and are dressed in their uniform, also masks.

Mum and dad are both cared for by New Concept Care & Nursing. The staff are very helpful and are always kind and polite. They try to attend at the times to suit mum and dad's needs. They only alter the attendance times if the staff are poorly or if staff are on their annual leave. My parents have more
confidence living alone in their home knowing the care team are always due to call, around four times daily. They are also aware New Concept Care & Nursing can be called upon at any time.
