Its wonderful to know that one is consistently polite, another takes the time to check on you as well as your husband, and that the other two bring laughter into your home. Were also very pleased that you find their work quick, efficient, and reassuring. Your comments mean a great deal, and we will make sure the carers receive this positive feedback. Please dont hesitate to let us know if there is anything more we can do to support you.
I am delighted with my care, especially by my 2 regular carers who go above and beyond their duty to support me.

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you letting us know the service itself is satisfactory. We understand your concern regarding the meal times and apologise that this issue has persisted despite previous reports. We'll raise this again with the relevant team to ensure the agreed times are adhered to moving forward.
I've been extremely lucky with my carers Blanche and Marie, Collete and emily all are amazing help to me admit Adil and Dominique. If only office would leave them alone and let them get on with the job they understand our needs perfectly. Though I do understand the pressure their all under.

I'm so glad to hear you've had such positive experiences with Blanche, Marie, Collete, and Emily , they really sound amazing. It's great that they understand your needs so well. It's unfortunate that the office can sometimes get in the way, but it's understandable given the pressures they're under. Hopefully, their dedication continues to make a real difference for you.

I have no complaints about the competence of the carers. However the rota is non-functioning. I chose Lotus on the basis that the carers calls would be 9am and 7pm, with occasional adjustments for appointments. Despite numerous phone calls the preparation of the rota has not met the times as agreed. For example the rota has deviated from the agreed times by up to 3 hours regularly. Also adjustments requested by myself have not been initiated.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm pleased to hear that you're happy with the carers' professionalism, but I'm very sorry that the rota has not reflected the agreed call times. We understand how important consistency is, and it's concerning that the visits have been up to three hours off schedule and that your requested adjustments haven't been actioned. I'll escalate this to our scheduling team immediately so we can review what's gone wrong and put a reliable rota in place. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and please accept our apologies for the inconvenience.
Carers are OK, but I'm not getting care I pay for. Have spoken to council and we are reducing my package to 45 mins.

The service provided by the carers is excellent, they are kind, friendly and very professional. During the extremely cold weather early in the year, one lady walked more than a mile to reach me when her car was stuck in snow. However the management of their time is less satisfactory with the times they are allocated to arrive varying by as much as 90 minutes from the arranged time, particularly in the evening visit. The carers themselves are brilliant.
Thank you so much for your kind words about our carer's. We're delighted to hear that you find them kind, friendly, and professional , and we're especially proud of the dedication shown during the severe weather earlier this year. Thank you so much for your kind words about our carer's. We're delighted to hear that you find them kind, friendly, and professional , and we're especially proud of the dedication shown during the severe weather earlier this year. Your feedback about the timing of visits is equally important to us. We understand how frustrating it can be when visits don't happen at the expected time, and we're working on improving our scheduling to make things more consistent, particularly for evening calls. We truly appreciate your recognition of our carers and your constructive comments to help us improve.

I have used Lotus homecare since the start of the COVID pandemic. I find the service has improved during this time. The overall experience is satisfactory. Care and support varies as the care staff change over time. The management too has changed. Requests to cancel calls e.g. doctors, and hospital opps. has improved as previously messages were not passed on resulting in unnecessary phone calls to relatives. Perhaps the office staff could let clients know if there's a major delay to calls due to important circumstances. I am always treated with respect. As for value for money I have nothing to compare Lotus with.

They do very diligent work without having to be told too much. They work in a way I do not need to be worried and I feel content.

Overall, pleased how ever could do with a little less phone time from the carers and more chatting to mum. Her hour and a half is very important for her mental health. Shes happy with her care but I feel there room for improvement.

All carers visiting our home came in and introduced themselves first. They are very respectful towards myself and my husband. I've found that they care for him and that there dignity for him is always met. You should be proud of the carers that arrive here at our home.

The carers that come are lovely and friendly. However my wife is left in bed for 12 hrs some days due to calls being late and it's simply not fair and inhumane as she is incontinent and laid there for hours. Sometimes the cares don't even change the bed when it's wet and smelly from her, they have to be told too. We used to get a call if the carers were late and this helped but that stopped. I have debated other companies, but I like this company but things need to be better. Also my wife isn't always dried after a shower properly and this results in sores.
