We're sorry that recent schedule changes meant a different carer attended without being aware of your wife's updated needs. We are aware of the current challenges in recruiting and retaining carers within the sector and are actively working to improve this, so that we can provide greater consistency and reliability for all our clients.We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by carers arriving outside the scheduled times, as well as for the missed visit on Mother's Day and the late visit on 23rd February. These are not the standards we aim to uphold, Regarding your concern about being charged for visits that did not take place or were not needed , We will investigate the specific incident you mentioned and ensure that, where applicable you are not be billed .
